NICE STAY GOOD STAFF

Sehr sehr sehr sehr schrecklich. Z.B. ich habe mit Früschtück gebucht, aber Hotels Manager sagte, ich kann nicht Früstück anbieten, weil Expedia mir wenig Geld zu mir überwiesen hat. Hotel hat keine Zimmerreinigung und sagte: wir haben keine Personal. Dusch war kaput. Hotel war ganz Laut, schmutzig, keine Begrüßung Getränke (ich habe bezahlt, aber in die Seite wurde mit Frühstück und Begrüßungs Getränkte geschrieben. Keine Shampoo(komisch. Shampoo ist für sogar ein Star Hotel normal). Keine Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta und Haartrockner, aber in meine Buchung war alles drin und noch viel viel mehr. Und die Antwort von Hotel war Schrecklich „Sie müssen alles von Supermarkt kaufen, weil Expedia wenig bei mir bezahlt hat.“ Das war nicht mein Schuld, dass Expedia wenig bezahlt hat In meine Buchung sind alles drin. Not crowded hotel, staff very help, specially Mintu All And Ahmed. They treated me and kids very well.

8 day reservation and never the room was cleaned. Interior of rooms extremely dirty, windows do not close, unsecured area. to avoid

Comfortable stay at this hotel, staff are attentive. Area is safe and close to the pyramids, easy to get to by Uber/taxi.

Pyramita is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at in my 29 years of life & travel. The service from every staff member is outstanding. Everybody is helpful, friendly and happy. I stayed here with my 11 year old son and he loved the pool. The view from the pyramids on the rooftop is amazing and I spent a lot of time out there relaxing and taking in the view. The breakfast is great for the price & the lovely staff deliver you breakfast in bed which made my hotel stay 100x better. Very delightful place, I feel like I am at home and I recommend anybody travelling to Egypt to come and stay at Pyramita Hotel for a fantastic experience! Well done, 5 stars! ❤️

Pyramita hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Muhammed, the manager are a good guy and can help with tours. The location of the hotel is off but offer a nice view of the pyramids. Breakfast is very basic and the same every day. There is a small store a few hundred metres away with snacks and soft drinks and it's cheap. Recommended to get the talabat app. Food and groceries delivered to your location. The area seems to be developing and I guess it will be better in a few years. You get what you pay for so it's up to you if you want to spend your money on luxury or just a place to stay and instead spend money on exploring Egypt. As I said are the staff very helpful and friendly. They are really good guys.

The personal was kind and good.Unfornately the first day was horrible.We hear noise in the night (people talking)coming from outside so that was not really calm.We didn't stay all till the end of our sojourn.My daughter forget her phone and they (the personal) didn't even try to search it.

Très bon hôtel que je recommande. La vue sur les pyramide est top, la terrasse ainsi que la piscine sont très reposant (très beau contraste avec le centre ville !). L’accueil nous a été incroyable, tout le monde est toujours disponible pour vous. Les membres de l’hôtel nous ont même invités à partager un repas typique fait maison avec eux (c’était super bon !) N’hésitez pas à y faire un tour, je ne doute aucunement que vous serez reçus comme des rois !

Une fois l'émerveillement de la vue sur les pyramides passé, vous vous rendrez compte du mauvais état de ce lieu : salles de bains sales, baignoire fendue, équipements hors d'âge... Le personnel est très agréable et met tout en oeuvre pour satisfaire le client, mais ce n'est pas suffisant, cet établissement est loin des normes actuelles de l'hôtellerie. Un point positif, une litterie de grande qualité de grand confort. A considérer pour un hébergement peu cher, si vous n'êtes pas difficile..

This is a good hotel in a safe neighborhood that is convenient to the Great Pyramids. Perfect for a guys-only stay. Everything works. Good security, markets in walking distance, and Uber picks up here. Adjust expectations to the 3rd World, though. This is old-school, not Western World modern where you complain if dont get 2 mints on your pillow during turn-down service (ha!). Great staff and a great way to experience real Egyptian neighborhoods. Looking forward to returning.

This hotel was safe, clean, and comfortable. The staff was so nice and very helpful. They helped me organize my trip by booking some tours for me and providing me with valuable advice. The pool was lovely and breakfast was delicious. This place was really special and everyone made me feel like I was part of the family. I highly recommend this hotel!

It is my first time to stay there but definitely not my last . All in all it was a good experience specially having the room with panorama view for the pyramids ,also the staff ,Mr.Mohamed was friendly and helpful and actually he gave us the privilege of choosing our own view ,i felt safe in the place and loved the time i spent there ...it feels like home more than a hotel which is a good point for me . Thanks pyramida team for the sweet time we spent with you
