Excellent accommodation. Clean and well furnished rooms with spectacular views of the beach, sea and Alamein towers. We enjoyed having Breakfast at the turquoise restaurant which had a lovely variety of food and very good services and great views.

We are repeat customers since Regal Heights time.

My husband and I, wanted to travel to Alamein for a very long time and we finally decided on staying at Rixos Premium Alamein hotel. Honestly, this hotel has been the best hotel we been to in Egypt, and we travel at least once every 18 month to visit home and we been at many hotels, but his place really was exceptional. Everything from the housekeeping staff, front reception, and the dinning areas. Everything was A+. We surly will come back again and will bring our kids next time.

Buffet & Dining: • The open buffet options lacked variety; lunch and dinner were sometimes identical. • Dessert selection was disappointing, with limited quality and variety. • Of the three buffets, only one offered a good range of dishes; the other two were below expectations. • Breakfast needs more variety and should reflect an international standard. Restaurants: • The Italian restaurant at Marina was particularly poor. • Food did not taste authentic Italian. • Desserts were not prepared fresh but brought over from the hotel buffet. • Service was careless and unprofessional. Bar & Service: • Coffee service at the bar was slow and inconsistent. • Staff require better training and should demonstrate more professionalism and care in their work. Suggestions for Improvement: • Rotate and diversify buffet menus to avoid repetition. • Upgrade dessert options with higher quality and freshly prepared items. • Improve breakfast to meet international standards. • Retrain staff, especially in restaurant service and bar operations, to enhance guest experience. • Focus on hiring and retaining well-trained, motivated staff who value guest satisfaction over just a paycheck.

It was beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Alamein! The hotel is fantastic — warm, welcoming, and truly focused on hospitality. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety to suit everyone’s preferences. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ activities — the bubble show, face painting, and the animation team were amazing. Our daughter had a blast and was kept entertained the entire time, which made the stay even more special for us. We’re really grateful for such a memorable experience and would absolutely come back again. Only small suggestion: it would be great to have a few more waiters around the pool and beach areas.

Avoid at All Costs – Rexus Hotel Alexandria is a Scam I honestly don’t know how this place has the audacity to call itself a 5-star, let alone “all inclusive.” From the moment we arrived, it was one disappointment after another. The rooms and facilities are filthy they gave us a dirty ice cube tray, and the chairs were broken. Even the beach was littered with trash. To top it off, when they sat us down at a table by the beach, they didn’t even bother clearing the garbage left by the last group. The so-called “all inclusive” dining is laughable. You have to wake up at 8:00 am just to book a restaurant, and when you finally get in, the portions are tiny and bland. One server was drunk on the job. The restaurant Veranda literally gave us food poisoning, and Turquoise served up food so simple it could’ve been cooked at home for a fraction of the price. Oh, and it’s not really all-inclusive at all. You’re charged out of pocket for things like shisha. Scam, plain and simple. The service and amenities are atrocious. They cut the water an hour before checkout, as if guests don’t deserve to shower before leaving. Our room was in Tower 5, far from everything, and we had my grandmother with us. It took 10 minutes every single time just to wait for a cart to get anywhere. Pools are shallow, menus are nowhere to be found, and the entire resort feels like it’s designed to frustrate you. As for entertainment? There is none. Unless you count drinking yourself into numbness
