部屋は綺麗。ただシャワーの仕切りがない設計で水がトイレに入るのが欠点。

スタッフのサービスは良かったです。ダウンタウンの中にあります。場所は本当にわかりづらかったです。シャワーの水圧はかなり高いですが5分でお湯が切れるので要注意。ホテルの目の前にシーシャカフェがあるのが助かりました。歩いてすぐのところに、コスタコーヒーがあります。

朝食は食べてないですが、夜中についても快くチェックインやウェルカムドリンクをだしていただけて良かったです。 お部屋もコンパクトながらも綺麗でよかったです。

It was great from beginning to end. It is in the center of Old cairo, in a small alley just 10 meters from a busy street, 15 minutes walking to main square. All the sfatt was very friendly and helpful. They came down to get us from the taxi and helped us with the luggage, breakfast is varied, and with local flavor, enough to start the day, I would only suggest to start earlier like 7am at least, other than that it was all great.

Amazing stay, staff are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Modern amenities and very cozy stay. Our room was beside the street which was a bit noisy, and hot water in shower seems to finish very quickly, but otherwise great

Es gibt zwei Hotels mit dem selben Namen, die aber an unterschiedlichen Orten liegen, nicht weit weg voneinander. Das führt zu Irritationen. Das Frühstück wird im eigenen Zimmer gereicht. Komisch. Beim Personal gibt es große Unterschiede. Manche von ihnen sind nicht so hilfeich und sprechen kein/kaum English. Das Umfeld ist sehr angenehm. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte.

Séjour court mais très sympathique grâce au personnel Dès notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ, ils sont aux petits soins Mostafa ainsi que le reste de l’équipe sont adorables et très professionnels

Premièrement c'est pas un buffet ont vous amène un plateau , omelette faite avec un seul œuf légumes froids pas de beurre tables jamais essuyees pas de bonjours

Wow! We can’t say enough of what a breath of fresh air this was! We were greeted by the kindest of staff, loved every minute here. Breakfast was nice, the rooms are super clean, the bathroom is very modern, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved this so much, the next weekend we rebooked again for 2 nights when we returned to Cairo.

We stayed here last week overnight, and came back this weekend before we flew out. The staff was top notch and super friendly, the free breakfasts were very, very good, the beds were dreamy, the showers were nice and hot. We loved staying here! Many thanks to the staff for all their help!

My stay here was very good, these rooms and the hotel itself is fairly new. Everything is in good condition, it’s a bit noisy but I’m sure all hotels in Cairo face this with it being at 24 hour city, things open till late night. The bed sheet was a little dirty upon arrival, but it was an easy quick fix it happens. The best part of my stay was meeting Mostafa, he was the kindest gentleman I’ve met, I just wanted to take him home. So helpful and full of knowledge, he went above and beyond for me 10/10. Highly recommend going to him for any suggestions. Will stay here when I’m back in Egypt!

The room was clean and the staff were very couteous. The location was good. The ground floor entrance to the hotel was awful and very off-putting. But once you reached the first floor entrance it was fine.

nice place in older building - they are located on the second floor - it’s all brand new on the second floor - don’t let the building or area scare - everything is safe there - if you want American food- McDonald’s is outside your door step- and 🍔 king is across the street- we did not eat there we tried everything else that was around.

The hotel was lovely and staff amazingly friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I was enjoying my stay.

Perfect location in the Cairo downtown. Very clean rooms and hotel premises. The surrounding area is full of wonderful shops. All tourists spots are easily reachable from here with an Uber, though hotel staff also provides packages and we used them and say they are worth. Hotel staff are very helpful, and solve any issue with amenities very quickly. Thanks to Mostafa and Amin, who helped us with very late checkin due to flight delays, Youstina at reception with suggesting and arranging tour packages (in english language). Amin even accompanied us to a vegeterian restaurant on our arrival day as it was too late to find an eatery by ourself. Though not everyone understands or speaks english at the hotel, they are well aware of using technology and language was no barrier at all. A must recommended hotel for families.

Hotel céntrico. Entrada y edificio muy mejorable. Pero la planta del hotel está muy reformada y se siente uno cómodo. Desayuno bueno, no buffet, y no se repite el café. Habitación amplia y bien equipada, limpias y moderna, con todo lo necesario y casi nuevo. Recomendable por sitio, instalaciones y precio. Además no te preparan ningún cambio en la reserva ni te mandan a otro hotel, por eso lo elegí.....
