部屋は綺麗。ただシャワーの仕切りがない設計で水がトイレに入るのが欠点。

スタッフのサービスは良かったです。ダウンタウンの中にあります。場所は本当にわかりづらかったです。シャワーの水圧はかなり高いですが5分でお湯が切れるので要注意。ホテルの目の前にシーシャカフェがあるのが助かりました。歩いてすぐのところに、コスタコーヒーがあります。

朝食は食べてないですが、夜中についても快くチェックインやウェルカムドリンクをだしていただけて良かったです。 お部屋もコンパクトながらも綺麗でよかったです。

Good location clean room good staff

I stayed here on my vacation in Egypt Really nice hotel it was above and beyond my expectations in downtown Cairo Staff was really helpful and very helpful specially mustafa and Justine they took very good care of my reservation I would definitely go back when im back in Egypt next time Also the area is very live specially at night with lots of restaurants around and really good cafe Breakfast was amazing specially the fetermeahaltit amazing

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel staff were exceptional! They provided personalized recommendations and were always available to assist with any questions. I felt valued as a guest. The hotel was cozy, quiet, and modern. It felt like a genuine getaway. The lighting and small details made my room feel like it was designed for comfort. The hotel’s location was perfect! I was just a short walk from great restaurants and shops. Mostafa was very friendly, pleasant and he consistently exceeded my expectations, making my staying seamless. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. He made sure all my needs were met, and his friendliness truly made my stay. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. He was amazing , very thoughtful, providing great insights and detail. His attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay truly enjoyable. I couldn't be happier choosing this hotel. Very convenient location and the room was big and reasonably priced. Would have been perfect with an elevator but it’s ok ecause there was always a staff assisting in the luggages

We had a wonderful 3nites stay at the end of April 2026. The staff were attentive and kind. The location is excellent, in front of quiet alley with several cafes. The hotel entrance may be a bit off putting, but once you walk up one flight of stairs, Sama Hotel Sherif Basha lobby awaits you behind glass doors. Newly renovated one floor hotel. Be sure to select rooms with windows on the alley side or main street side. The windows are well insulated from noise. The location is only blocks from the other Sama hotel that is in the square, which is much more noisy. So many restaurants, shops and cafes to choose right in the neighborhood. Access to Egyptian museum and the Nile river is faster on foot than Uber, due to high traffic congestion. With that said, Uber is great since it is abundant and very very affordable. We love this location and the hotel is EXCELLENT. Breakfast is limited but fresh and basic. So many eateries around that we save our tummy for the street food. Can't wait to return to Cairo. It was great from beginning to end. It is in the center of Old cairo, in a small alley just 10 meters from a busy street, 15 minutes walking to main square. All the sfatt was very friendly and helpful. They came down to get us from the taxi and helped us with the luggage, breakfast is varied, and with local flavor, enough to start the day, I would only suggest to start earlier like 7am at least, other than that it was all great.

Amazing stay, staff are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Modern amenities and very cozy stay. Our room was beside the street which was a bit noisy, and hot water in shower seems to finish very quickly, but otherwise great

Es gibt zwei Hotels mit dem selben Namen, die aber an unterschiedlichen Orten liegen, nicht weit weg voneinander. Das führt zu Irritationen. Das Frühstück wird im eigenen Zimmer gereicht. Komisch. Beim Personal gibt es große Unterschiede. Manche von ihnen sind nicht so hilfeich und sprechen kein/kaum English. Das Umfeld ist sehr angenehm. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte.

Séjour court mais très sympathique grâce au personnel Dès notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ, ils sont aux petits soins Mostafa ainsi que le reste de l’équipe sont adorables et très professionnels

Premièrement c'est pas un buffet ont vous amène un plateau , omelette faite avec un seul œuf légumes froids pas de beurre tables jamais essuyees pas de bonjours

Wow! We can’t say enough of what a breath of fresh air this was! We were greeted by the kindest of staff, loved every minute here. Breakfast was nice, the rooms are super clean, the bathroom is very modern, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved this so much, the next weekend we rebooked again for 2 nights when we returned to Cairo.
