Ｉordered transportation .but it was difficult to find him.Because he was outside of the airport building. I paid 💲50 cash after arriving at hotel desk. But checkouttime someone told me that I didnt pay.I just had the reciept (no recipt so I ordered it at arriving time) That's a rerief!

I think the security at the front door is good, but once you step outside, there are a lot of cars and wild dogs. It might be dangerous if you bring children with you. The facilities are still very old, and it is far from being a 4-star hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

地図で見るより実際にはピラミッドまで距離があります。スタッフは良い人が多いです。パスタは美味しいです。朝食はあまり期待しない方が良い。私にはカウントダウンのディナーは1人で150ドルの価値は無いです。プーケットで宿泊したホテルのカウントダウンのディナーは無料でしたがそちらの方が楽しめました。 過度に料理や景色に期待を持たないのであれば、プールはいい感じの無難なホテルです。

Hotel perfecto para parejas y familias. Buena situacion frente Gran Museo y Piramides de Giza. Muy recomendable.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo hotel. Perfect location if you’re interested in ancient Egypt - just across the street of Grand Egyptian Museum which is a must-see when in Cairo and very close to the pyramids of Giza. The breakfast buffet is overwhelming and the staff very attentive and polite. We had great help by the limo desk arranging two trips for us. The rooms are spacious, and although we only booked a room with spa view we were upgraded to a direct pyrmids view. Nice pool area eventhough we didn’t use it during our stay and an nice italian a la carte restaurant on premise.

We felt safe during our stay in Cairo. The property is very tidy. The pool area is lovely. The staff are so friendly.

Really close by to all attractions. However you can’t really go on foot anywhere, as crossing the busy road is a suicidal mission. Take an Uber and they‘ll take you savely anywhere for a few Euros. Hotel is nice, however the outdoor gym has clearly seen better days

Close to GEM and pyramids. Attentive service and clean! Comfortable bed and pillows. Checkin and out are efficient. Breakfast buffet has abundant of choices! Bonus hotel has Xray machine to scan luggage. Good security.

Very nice hotel in Giza near the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian museum. We had a big nice room with a magnificient view towards the pyramids - it was really worth! The pool area was nice and clean with good service. The hotel offered comprehensive buffet every evening, but there were also Italian food like pizzas available. You couldn’t really walk anywhere from the hotel, but it was easy to move around with Über. Hotell’s wifi worked well. There was special attention on the security, so the hotel felt very safe oasis. Would recommend this hotel.

o cafe da manha continua excellente embora piorou um pouco desde a ultima visita. Cortaram o pao que gostei. O quarto, embora reservei e paguei o mesmo tipo como na ultima visita, era muito inferior. Esta vez no 3 andar, com vista para as pyramides, e o museo. Cumpriu o prometido, tinha vista para as Pyramides, mas o que tinha na visita anterior, que tem vista para pyramides e Piscina sao maiores. Entao nao gostei, que embora reservada e paga o mesmo tipo de quarto nas duas vezes, nesta visita recebi um quarto.pior de que antes. O hotel e um hotel 4 Estrelas, mesmo alegando ser 5. Nao tem Spa, so piscina, e era muito frio para tomar banho de piscina. Um Spa teria sido bom A academia e ao ar livre, coberto, mais sem paredes, ou seja, e fevereiro era frio demais para usar a academia. Transporte para o aeroporto cobram 50 U$, um Uber custa 6-10U$, conforme horario, e e facil de usar e seguro. Fomos de Uber para o hotel, e do hotel para o aeroporto, sem nenhum problema. Gorjeta nao e obrigatorio, mas com estes precos baratos, e justo e adequado da 100% de gorjeta, e mesmo assim ainda e bem menos de que o taxi do hotel A area do hotel e longe de tudo, menos do Grande Museo Egiptico, que fica no outro lado da rua, porem na da para cruzar a rua neste local. tem que andar uns 300 m em direcao as pyramides e cruzar la, com cuidado. Tem um banco perto com ATM, ca 200 m do hotel direcao pyramides. O ATM no hotel cobra 7% no cambio, o do banco nao. Fora disso nao tem nada.

Gostei muito. Tinhamos um quarto amplo no primeiro andar com vista para os piramides e a piscina. quarto comfortavel. Cafe da manha excellente. Bem completo, tem tudo. Comidas arabes, e comida europeio, sucos, frutas.

Probably the best hotel in the Giza area. We stayed here twice and both times were excellent. Amazing view of the pyramids in the museum. We checked out some of the other hotels around and this is definitely the nicest one! The breakfast buffet is the best in town and Chef Josh really took care of us at dinner picking us some specialty Egyptian items. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone

Je m’entendais à mieux. Pas de prise USB et je n’avais pas la tête de chargeur et pas d’aide sur ça. Si vous quittez tôt la boite du petit desjeuner laissé à désiré

Beautiful, relaxing, property. Had an amazing view of the pyramids from our room. The staff was attentive and polite. Food was great, plenty of choices.

The property was, overall ok. People were friendly and helpful. Common areas were clean the food was great. Security seemed good and very evident. The rooms need an upgrade. Beds were ok, linen was good, but the tile grout was dirty, the carpet as stained and looked dirty, the patio windows were filthy. The chairs were not pristine. The bathroom has a lot of glass and it was not very clean and glass hardware and joints were ugly. We got a good price, so value was there, but to pay their rack rate would have been a concern. Because of German owners, I would have expected more.

Fantastic room with view of pyramids, food in restaurants was great, helpful staff and taxi service for sightseeing well looked after by drivers and big thank you to Hany who kept our room clean and tidy and lovely surprise when he decorated the room with balloons on the day of my birthday. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel

Superfint hotell! Vi stannade några nätter här i samband med en längre resa. Valde att bo nära pyramiderna och bokade rum med vy ditåt - bra val! God och fräsch mat. Hotellet hjälpte till med tack o guid, vilket kändes tryggt o bra.
