部屋は丁寧に掃除されていました。窓口のサービスも良く、タクシーでの送迎や1階レストランでの朝食の提供もありました。

設備や清潔さは値段相応。 地理的によく、安く仕上げたい人にはおすすめ

I highly recommend this hotel. Its location is excellent. Overall, the service was very good. The terrace is a lovely oasis. Everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and had everything you need. Overall, a great experience. I'm grateful to Hanna, who works in the restaurant, for hes attentiveness and excellent service, which made my trip easier and more enjoyable. The food was fantastic, and breakfast was on time. Highly recommended.

The room was mid but it's 34$ in a great spot. And while it is noisy, it could be way worse.

Basic hotel. Big Rooms, but it’s a little run down. Decent for the price. Location is quite good. But everything else is outsourced by the owner who will get anything that you ask for. Good if you are only looking at the hotel as a sleeping/showering option.

오래된 호텔이지만 깔끔하게 관리되고 있었어요. 편안히 잘 쉬었다 갑니다.

O hotel tem a estrutura um pouco antiga, mas isso não foi um problema. A cama era bem gostosa e com lençois de algodão egípicio muito confortável. O ar condicionado do nosso quarto estava barulhento, então nos ofereceram para trocar do quarto e o problema se resolveu. A limpeza do banheiro não é tão boa, mas foi ok. Por conta das condições e das pessoas oferecendo as coisas na rua, falta de opção para alimentação segura, acabamos mudando nossos planos de viagem e ficamos mais dois dias na acomodação para descansarmos. O atendimento da recepção foi bom. Não nos foi oferecida a piscina, aparentemente estava fechada. Os arredores não são muito convidativos, mas achamos um restaurante italiano gostoso e limpo, com preço justo na mesma rua e foi um achado. Também tem o restaurante درب العمده que foi outro achado, comida típica e gostosa, não passamos mal, preço justo, só não aceitam cartão.

Das Hotel liegt an der Kreuzung zweier Hauptverkehrsstrassen. Deshalb ist die Nachtruhe sehr,sehr gestört.Sehr schade,sonst ein gutes Hotel.

Booked a room with 4 beds with a river view because we are 2 adults and 2 kids. On the check in the guy gave a room with 1 big bed. I complained, and the manager shouted abusively for 10 minutes. But the evidence was very obvious that we booked a much bigger room and eventually got 3 beds. Very bad check in experience.

Simple...not fussy. Economical! I arrived at 1:30 in the morning, yet staff could not have more considerate

The rooms in general are good, the air conditioning is very noisy, the Wi-Fi connection works very poorly, the receptionists do not speak good English. Which makes communication and booking of services very difficult. I am not happy with the transfer service they offered us for the visit to Kings Valley. The driver didn't speak any English, the car ran out of fuel and we had to walk a stretch. They charged us a pretty high price for Egyptian costs, and the service was not good. On a positive note, the hotel is located in a good area. Very close to the center, just 15 minutes walk from the Luxor temple. Next to the hotel, there are very good restaurants and cafes. I would like to highlight the kindness of the receptionists, allowing us to wait all afternoon in the lobby, while we waited for the schedule for the bus station.

Great location overlooking the nile, the pool was fantastic and the rooms comfortable. We stayed for one day only whilst we waited for the train home

The room was very basic and very old. Only one socket in the middle of the bed at pillow height. Air conditioning was very loud. They did not provide and water, tea, coffee etc…there was no wifi and we were told we can ask the bazar for use of their wifi (who uses the hotel name as their wifi name, and we can pay a little for the password.) They said the resturant is closed because of Covid (March 2024 with NO covid restrictions in place). Overall we were glad it was only for one night.
