スタンダードツインを利用しました。水回りに少し問題あり、排水時間が結構かかる。部屋は快適に過ごせるだけの広さは十分。遠くに運河が見えるガーデンビューでしたが、植物がきれいに保たれています。すべてが人工的に作った街なので、少し違和感を感じる。週末は家族連れが多く、レストランやプールは賑やかすぎる。

schöne kleine Anlage, super nettes Personal, abwechslungsreiches Essen, Anlage sehr sauber, genügend Liegen, Zimmer sauber , aber tw. in die Jahre gekommen.

Wie immer, wunderschönes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück. Einfach ein tolles Hotel in das wir immer gerne zurück kommen!

Very authentic hotel with amazing pool, decent and helpful stuff, very delicious and generous food portions. You have access to nice beach but avoid lunch at the beach not really nice. Stuff are the most spectacular in this hotel . Thank you

Expect the unexpected! I’ve long be a loyal client of this hotel! Beautifully designed rooms, soft bedding and beautiful views! The resturant although all inclusive services a stunning aray of fresh food! New addition of Mo in animation brings a new fresh energy to the hotel also! Truely a great hotel all round and an exceptional location with shops, restaurants and bars within moments from your doorstep.

Très belle hôtel avec beaucoup de service et une plage privée Chambre grande et propre avec balcon agréable Le petit déjeuner n’a pas beaucoup de saveurs il mériterait d’être plus restreint mais avec de meilleurs produits Nous avons pris un repas « spécial » avec thème fruits de mer et steak de chameau : c’était excellent ! Très bien servi comme dans un restaurant gastronomie. Nous avons même eu le chef qui nous a servi le dessert à la minute Il y a des jeux en prêt et une piscine agréable face a la mer Un rêve ! Seul bémol : le système de réservation du taxi n’est pas top car on le fait en ligne et il n’y a pas de confirmation mail. J’ai pourtant téléphoné mais le taxi n’était pas là Le personnel de l’accueil de nuit a néanmoins tout réglé pour que nous ayons notre taxi à temps- merci à lui pour son efficacité à 3h du matin Autre bémol à l’accueil de jour: un des monsieur était fort désagréable qui se croyait supérieur, un poil moqueur et agacé. Nous avons eu à faire à lui deux fois et il était désagréable à chaque fois Néanmoins Martina la responsable est très gentille et professionnelle Il y a un y un verre de l’amitié le jeudi qui était une bonne idée mais dommage que les participants étaient coincés et restaient isolés… ça aurait pu être plus sympa Dans l’ensemble un séjour inoubliable surtout pour le repas spécial ! Merci

Just great!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Es ist ruhig und bietet eine gute Erholung. Direkt am Wasser. Mit dem Boot wurden wir direkt auf eine Insel zum schnorcheln gebracht. Die Insel könnte noch ein wenig schöner gestaltet werden und das Riff sieht leider schon ziemlich abgestorben aus. Die Lagune am Hotel ist jedoch wunderschön! Über Eis im All inklusive würden wir uns das nächste mal sehr freuen.

Hotel and surrounding areas are aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Staff made sure everyone was having the best service. Everything was a 10/10 expect for the shower but it got the job done.
