From the moment we checked in until when we checked out, our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff will do anything to ensure guests are 100% satisfied. We have stayed at Turtles Inn many times in the past and it is our first choice by far in El Gouna. Thank you to everyone, particularly the reception and housekeeping staff.

Heerlijk kleinschalig hotel (onderdeel van meerdere hotels in de buurt). Super service. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Behulpzaam en attent. Kamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Zalig beddengoed. Vriendelijk ontvangst en communicatie door Andrew (Captains Inn, waar je moet inchecken. Is vlakbij) Heerlijk ontbijt iedere ochtend geserveerd door Sheriff of één van zijn andere aardige collega's, met volop keuze en prachtig uitzicht op het haventje. Loopafstand van het strand met heerlijke bedden waarvan je gebruik mag maken. (handdoeken dien je op te halen bij de receptie van Captains inn) Iedereen doet zijn best om het ons naar de zin te maken, en dat is zeker gelukt!!!! TukTuk brengt je in een paar minuten naar El Gouna Down Town. Zou hier zo weer terug gaan.

Staff is fantastic, very friendly and outgoing. Location is top, although the town is really small. Nonetheless, this property is minutes away from the main hospitality landmarks.

Great location

We had another fabulous 6 night stay at Turtles Inn. We were warmly welcomed at reception despite arriving in the middle of the night. Our stay was absolutely perfect from the room, the service, security, cleanliness and the breakfast each morning at Captain's Inn. Hoping to be back for another stay next month. Thank yo so much everyone!

Great location

Wir hatten in El Gouna mit dem Team von Turtles Inn und Captains Inn einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub. Das Personal hat uns mit offenen Armen empfangen und war immer gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück an der Marina ist unschlagbar lecker! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Perfect location and very friendly people over all very good experiance

We stayed in a king-size bed room during New Year season. The room and the bathroom were clean and practical. Not too much space though. We had a smoker room and it means that you can smoke out of the window maybe that's why we were on the ground floor. The noise isolation is not so good so we could hear anyone passing by our room and in the whole hall in general, so if you are a light sleeper, ask maybe a room on top floors. The reception was nice and complying. However we were told about a dine around service, where you can book a dinner (set menu or buffet, depending on the restaurant) for the same night of the booking with another listed restaurant, but it wasn't effective. So a bit disappointed by that.

Great stay close to everything My room have a good space marina view

Das Hotel liegt an der Abu Tag Marina, El Gouna neben einem Best Way Supermarket.. Vom Hotel aus ist die Tauchbasis Blue Brothers Diving bequem in nur 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, der Strand ebenso. Nach El Gouna Downtown fährt entweder Shuttle Bus, Taxi oder Tok Tok (10 EGP/Einzelperson). In der Marina findet der Besucher Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants. Ich nutzte das Hotel bereits zum 2. Mal und komme gerne wieder.

I stayed for two nights at the turtle inn, it is located at the marina, where most the resturants and pubs are. The reception and check inn area was located in a different building which was a bit of hassle. The rooms were clean and in a good condition.

Well to be honest I was preparing myself for a luxurious hotel but it turned out to be quit an average one ,good as just good not wow.... The location is fantastic and the rooms were good but still average ... Not bad if you are not planning to stay in the room for a long time. We are bikers and someone stole some stuff from some bags were on the bikes while it was parked in front of the hotel ,so take care.

The water in the shower was extremely weak. Other than that all was good relevant to the price that was paid.

When I arrived the floor was dirty and there was no toilet paper. The main lamp in the room did not work. I complained about this (first time I have complained at a hotel). When I came back in the evening they had put toilet paper in the room, and regarding to cleaning the floor, it seemed like they had used the shower mat, cause it was a lot more dirty and wet than when I left the room earlier. The main lamp never got fixed, I didn´t bother to complain one more time. I also had a door which did not lock/close unless you made sure it was properly closed. So first night I woke up in the middle of the night and the door to my room was open :( Not a very pleasant experience. Despite all this I was quite satisfied with my stay. The bed was clean and mattress fine, the breakfast was ok (they make omelettes!). The staff always helpful and nice. My friend told me when I complained about the door etc. "Keep in mind you are in Egypt". When I kept that in mind it wasn´t so bad after all :)
