チェックインに行ったら、満室て言われて、違うホテルに連れてかれました。ルーフトップの景色と朝ごはん楽しみにしていたのに。 新しいホテルは朝ごはんもなく、満足できるには程遠い。 あり得ないですね！おすすめしません

The room itself was acceptable, and I want to be fair about that. However, the main issues were the location and the behaviour of the manager, which ultimately forced me to leave the property early. As mentioned, the location is extremely poor: dirty, dusty streets, overcrowded, and generally unpleasant. This alone made the stay very uncomfortable. After spending two nights, I realised I could not tolerate staying there any longer. I contacted Hotels.com to explain the situation and request to leave early. They contacted the property, but I was told by the reception staff that it was late and to call again in the morning. The next day, Hotels.com contacted the property again, but no agreement was reached. I then spoke directly with Mohammed (the manager), who behaved in an unprofessional and unclear manner. He told me that he would “fix the issue” and apply for a refund for the remaining five nights. I specifically asked for confirmation before checking out, as I could not afford to pay for two hotels at the same time. He assured me verbally that the refund would be processed and encouraged me to check out. He also made personal assurances, which later turned out to be unreliable. Based on this, I returned the keys and checked out on the third day (after two nights). After checking out, I informed Hotels.com of what had been agreed. However, the following day I received an email stating that the property had approved only a one-night refund. This was shocking and deeply

My clean room has every modern convenience I look for in a hotel room. The bathroom is modern and everything works very well. The daily free breakfast is one of the best I've had and really adds to the amazing value of this hotel.

The hotel is good for its price. There are some missing things but overall it was a good experience. I recommend this place.

Never ever book this hotel in your life.

The hosts were amazing and friendly. Language was a bit of a barrier but the staff had good grasp of English to have engaging conversations. They were also very accomodating to our needs as well. The rooftop view of the Pyramids is one of the highlights. And the Pyramids are a walking distance too from the lodge if you are into that kind of thing. Otherwise you can get one of the horse drawn carriages Pharaoh style to get there. All in all, solid 5 stars

Es un hotel bueno y cómodo. Disfruté pasar tiempo allí. El mobiliario es nuevo. He realizado muchos viajes turísticos con ellos y los preparan bien. Tenga en cuenta que lo que más disfrute es que es una experiencia verdaderamente inolvidable. maravilloso y servicial, especialmente Youssef Noah. Me ayudó con cualquier problema que enfrenté.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! IT IS VERY FAR FROM THE PYRAMIDS AND YOU CAN HARDLY SEE THEM. THE PICTURES AND INFORMATION IS ALL WRONG. THEY ARE LIARS. THE MANAGER IS A DISGRACE AND HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. HE IS RUDE AND GETS IRRITATED BY KIDS. JUST TO SHUT ME UP INFRONT OF OTHER GUESTS HE PROMISED HE WILL DO SOMETHING BUT HE DID NOT. THE ONLY HELPFUL PERSON WAS MOHAMED, THE YOUNG GUY WITH THE GLASSES. HE TREATED US KINDLY AND WITH RESPECT. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WILL OTHER PEOPLE NOT TO EITHER. RUINED MY TRIP TO GIZA.

Lastima de el acceso al edificio. Pero la zona es segura y el servicio y calidad del alojamiento es perfecto

Great and friendly staff and very helpful Room is clean also the shower the best is the overlooking pyramid roof AC is great has to turn off sometime and hat itis too cold The area around the hotel not the modern like the center but it has very friendly people

Excellent staff!!! Everything I needed was provided and there is an amazing view of the Pyramids! I will stay here again on my next visit to Cairo!

This hotel was amazing… It's all about the owner and the staff they have many daily tours to help you out. Mohamed, was a very good man and help me with everything I needed. Giza is a tough place to visit so if you want a safe place and somewhere you can call Home this is the hotel you need to go to.
