景色が素晴らしいです。

周辺に食事ができる所が少なく、屋台の様なものも見つかりませんでした。 イシス神殿までの船着場までは徒歩ですぐでした。仕方なく宿に夕食をお願いしたら、大変美味しかったです。パスタ3$、レンズ豆のスープ2$、ハンバーガー3$をイシス神殿の観光中にLINEアプリでお願いしました。合計8$で満足な量が出てきました。おすすめします。 空港までタクシーで近いことも良いです。 宿からアスワンロウダムの景色が見れます。

カイロ・ルクソールなどに比べ金額の割には部屋が悪い。 食事の値段も高く、特に魚料理は臭い。 Wi-Fiはあるが遅すぎて使い物にならない。 シーツの交換はなかった。

エアコンがない。 24時間体制ではない。 Wi-Fiについて教えてくれない。

The view from the roof is outstanding. Wanted some quiet after busy cairo amd Luxor, find it here. And if there is something better than the view, it's the host and his family. Ahmed made it easy for me to go around the city and philae temple that you can even see from the room. Thanks very much Ahmed you made my trip to Aswan really unforgettable.

clean room, comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom, most helpful owner who provided customized private tour at a reasonable price. The hotel is next to the ferry to Philae temple but far away from everything else. But they provided every meal we needed. Great view of the harbor, the old dam and Philae temple.

Very bad hotel. The only advantage is that it’s very close to the Philae Temple. There were lots of mosquitoes, and the bathroom door was broken—we couldn’t use it at all. On top of that, there’s nothing around the hotel, so you’re basically forced to eat dinner there, which was both awful and overpriced.

We stayed with Ahmed and he was so helpful in helping us at the last minute to find a driver to take us to Luxor. It was high season and last minute and yet he was able to accomplish that and help us throughout the trip even though the driver had some car trouble. He went above and beyond a service level that was among the best that I've seen in my previous 100+ countries that I've traveled to.

The hotel owner, Ahmed, is a very nice and helpful person. We ended up in Villa Misk after our reservation for a nile cruise from Aswan To Luxor was canceled the night before. So I made a last-minute reservation at Villa Misk and called them right after. Ahmed was very warm and helpful over the phone. After we got to the hotel, he greeted us and he helped us arrange a tour to Abu Simbel for the next time. Hotel itself is in an area outside the city. The initial room I had booked online did not have river view and had only a ceiling fan, we upgraded our stay to a room with river view and air conditioner for $20 additional fee per night and I think it was well worth it. The view was gorgueos. Thank you for all your help Ahmed!

From 8,000 miles away, Mr Shawky of Villa Misk foresaw and took care of all of my concerns. He took care of my transportation to and from the airport, train station, and any tours that I wanted. He saw to it that I had delicious home-cooked meals served at inconvenient hours, with plenty of drinking water! He knew that Philae and the controversy of damming the Nile were of great interest to me, and not only shared his personal insight, but arranged for a private boat tour with guide and pilot, who took me out to this phoenix of a temple, and then showed me the lake from dam to dam, to show me more of the unimaginable! My stay was cared for by staff who made me feel at home, and let me relax after an arduous journey, while preparing for the next. Ahmed gave me a room with a panoramic view of the harbor and Philae Temple itself! He gifted me more than just a suite, he gave me memories that will last a lifetime. It took a bus, three planes, and a taxi for me to get to Villa Misk, but once there, I could have just sat by their window admiring the view and it would have been worth it, but only because Ahmed was in the background handling all of my concerns! I thank him, and all of the Villa Misk staff for their efforts. Each and every one of them went out of their way to make my stay a beautiful memory. Thank you for sharing your home with me!

The owner was friendly and helpful. It's an old property, definitely not a 3 star as advertised. The room is missing the basics like kettle and tea bags. The rest is okay.

The owner is very friendly and speaks perfect English. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel. The area in front of the hotel is beside the river. There was some construction happening on the the building that was a little inconvenient at the entrance, but the room was great! Cold air conditioning, comfortable beds ample sized room with beautiful view of the Nile and boats out the window.

The staff was very nice. Quiet area.

Per trovarla abbiamo dovuto fare due volte il giro e con l'aiuto di google maps, un pò d'intuito e fortuna siamo riusciti a trovarla. Posto assurdo dove si trova praticamente questa casa che ha delle camere che a mala pena si possono chiamare stanze. Letto scomodo , senza praticamente asciugamani, con mobili vetusti , fili elettrici a penzoloni ed è meglio che mi fermo quì. Colazione inesistente come la sala che non è una sala ma un tavolo messo a casaccio dove si siedono tutti per consumare . Assolutamente sconsigliato

We arrived around midnight, and we had arranged to have them pick us up from the airport. This worked great and they provided great service. The hotel is small and run by a family. They provided good service in getting our luggage up to our room. The furniture in the room was outdated and felt dusty. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We paid extra to have breakfast the next morning. It was served family style and none of the foods appealed to me. There was no coffee or tea. The water bottles provided were not cold. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you are on a budget and you want to see the Philae temple which is pictured on their website/

Great property with an amazing view at the Nile river! This was my first time traveling to Aswan and I am happy that I choose this hotel. Ahmed, the property owner was helpful and kind. He was able to get me a driver to Abu Simbel and to Luxor with little notice, definitely an amazing experience!

Villa Misk is a real gem. The views are stunning, the room comfortable and clean. The home made food was divine and the owner Ahmed was so helpful with arranging excursions and imparting valuable advice about the cruises. The local road to get there is unpaved - but keep the course because it is worth it !
