ウィンダミア駅から徒歩約20分。 部屋は二人で泊まるには充分な広さです。 シャワーが一人分のお湯しか出ず、翌朝もダメで、結局シャワーを浴びることができませんでした。 朝食は、紅茶も種類が多く、手作り風のジャムもあり、美味しかっです。

We had an amazing break, The entire place was spotless, the bedroom and dining room was pristine, It’s clear that Hilton takes immense pride in maintaining a high standard. The breakfast was beautifully presented , lovely fresh ingredients, delicious. The guesthouse was very welcoming, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel personal and relaxing Highly recommended to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and a touch of charm.

This guest house is very well run. The manager is obviously very keen to ensure that his guests have an enjoyable stay. The room we stayed in was large, clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was cooked to order, but also cereals and continental breakfast available too. The guesthouse is convenient for Windermere centre, approx 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants, but in a quieter back road.

It was great! Lovely quiet room, great location only ten minutes' walk from the train station.

Spotless, grand Victorian home. Just about the most welcoming and helpful host/manager you could hope to meet - there were plenty of suggestions for activities in the area and how to get around. Right on the edge of town, which itself wasn't huge. All sorts of small amenities were on offer.

Wonderful quiet place with a delicious breakfast. Cooked breakfast to order each morning with fresh fruit, yoghurt,cerials bread and home-made preserves! Lovely and peaceful, close to the village, but also in a quiet area. The host was also really friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at 1 Park Road in September, having stayed here now for many years. Hilton is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is beautiful with allergens catered for with prior notice. Such a relaxing time in the lovely bright dining room. The room is lovely, very stylish and with a very comfortable king size bed. Bathroom and tea making facilities are great too. Ideal to walk into Windermere, just a 5-10 minute walk to all the shops, pubs and restaurants. Only good things to say! We will stay here again in the future with no hesitation. We had the most fantastic long weekend at 1 Park Road. The house is immaculate with excellent attention to detail, very comfortable and in a great location. The scenery is spectacular and travelling by bus is incredibly easy from here, but Windermere itself has a great selection of pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Hilton is the most wonderful host, we had everything we needed and were very well looked after. He has a wealth of knowledge to share about the area and makes a delicious breakfast! I highly recommend staying here and we would love to return soon!

Host was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. He was also accommodating with earlier breakfast times when we had tours. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Breakfasts were excellent. Location was very convenient near town center with everything within walking distance. WiFi bandwidth was not great and sometimes it would time out before I could access websites.

I picked this property after an extensive search and reading tons of reviews. As I prefer a house type accommodation, this fit my needs. A plus for me was facilities to brew coffee in the room, and a communal fridge to store my heavy cream. Milk is provided for guests in that fridge too. Furnishings were typically British, amenities were plentiful, water was hot, and bed comfy. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. As a single female traveller, I felt very safe. It was close enough for a comfortable walk to town to catch the hop on hop off bus, as well as shops and restaurants. I would have liked to be able to bring in a takeaway, so that was the only drawback for me, based on my personal preference. The host/owner (Hilton) explained the reasons, which seemed reasonable. A pleassnt stay.

Are stay at 1 Park Road was very enjoyable, the attention to detail was 100%. Hilton look after use with home food breakfast. Room 1 was just as we like it comfortable & spotless.

Das B&B ist ein wunderschönes viktorianisches Haus, das toll gelegen ist. Es ist von Hilton, dem Gastgeber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist tadellos. Lovely stay at Hilton's guesthouse. We stayed for three nights to enjoy the lake district. Hilton is very helpful with tips on the area and how to get around. Breakfast is great with a good selection of cold options like fruit, cereal, toast and yogurt, plus hot options like a full English and omelettes. The room was very comfortable and clean, with products like soap and shower gel provided. I liked that Hilton has made an effort to use refillable products to reduce waste too

All the rooms are outstanding, the breakfasts are incredible, and the owner takes really nice care of the place (and is the sole one responsible for everything) and is quite helpful. What I learned the hard way are 1. to book directly (as opposed to something like Expedia), and 2. to book a taxi or Uber ride (even during broad daylight) in advance, as Windermere is no big city or anything like that.
