I texted the number in the morning for check in details to which I received no reply. We got there around 4pm to find no parking nearby (no fault of theirs but a heads up would have been nice). We got there and went to number 8 but it was the wrong one. The hotel next door said flat 6 didnt exist to which we panicked. I phoned the number but it rang out and went to voicemail. Then we walked round the square and this guy appeared. We showed him the booking and he went and got our key. He took us up to the apartment showed us the boiler and quickly left. The cleanliness was not great at all. Blood stains on the wall next to couch (i have pictures) aswell as dust everywhere. The pictures online are very deceiving. If everywhere else wasnt booked up for the concert we would have stayed elsewhere. The next morning when we left at 9am we couldn't find anyone to hand the key back to and there were no instructions to do so. I placed the keys in a safe space outside the shed where the man got the keys from originally and took pictures and texted the number again...again no reply. Genuinely upset about this experience.
