The room was spotless and spacious. Nice amenities. Friendly owner. Breakfast was really nice. We all had the English breakfast that did not disappoint. The owner was a good communicator and gave excellent guidance about the paid lot behind the property.

We were spoiled! What an amazing find. We were able to check in early which was so helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. Giacomo stayed in contact with us, giving information about check in, breakfast and the area. She was amazing!!! The breakfast was beautiful. There were many options to suit different tastes. We truly hope to go back again soon.

This was a great place to stay in Bath, close to the centre, excellent communication throughout, friendly welcome, really good room with comfy bed, good shower and excellent breakfast.

Excellent location and the property quality and staff was great.

Comfortable for winter however not for a summer stay. Breakfast was lovely & very nice to have it cooked fresh. Only disappointment was that over 2 mornings we had 2 different cooks so the standard varied. Perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere.

It was a nice place to stay. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Checkin was easy and the stay were very friendly and helpful.

I am probably giving it too low of a review; I was just very disappointed when we arrived. It was hard to park close, so we had to drag our luggage a long way to get there, and I was not comfortable walking on the street. The place itself was fine. We had two bedrooms in our room which was nice. The poor girl fixing breakfast for everyone was all alone; she worked very fast and hard, but that is a lot to do all at the same time.
