Amazing hotel and the room was clean tidy and very big .. literally very big room according to any hotel room in London the staff is amazing friendly and helpful plus were understanding and patient when I asked for late check out plus the prices are very affordable

Quando chegamos fomos muito bem recebidos. Tivemos a opção de escolher o nosso quarto, já que estávamos com malas grandes, preferimos o térreo.
Nos deram as senhas das fechaduras eletrônicas do quarto e porta de entrada.
O quarto estava limpo e recém reformado.
Chuveiro e banheiro ótimos, com amenities. O quarto possuía uma chaleira elétrica nova com sachê de café e leite. O que foi ótimo para tomar nosso café no quarto.
O colchão era de molas o que não era confortável,porém solicitamos um edredom extra, colocamos em cima e resolvemos o problema. O hotel não tem taxa turística.
Earls Court é um lugar que tem tudo o que você precisa. Metrô na porta, supermercado,farmácia, redes de fast food, souvenir.
Apesar de outros comentários negativos, não tivemos nenhum problema e fomos muito bem atendidos, inclusive voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel. Ė simples, porém funcional.

Our stay was good, we had some flat hard pillows but fell a sleep pretty fast until the neighbors showed up. They were up till 230am. We expected the rest like small shower and no wifi. We had two empty bottles of gin in the drawer. We didnt want to bother sense it was a single single night. The sink had two shirt tags in the drain and i got them out when we first ran the sink. The shelves in the bathroom were offset not even secured at all. The out side was littered with cig butts. The tv wasnt connected to wifi.

トコジラミとダニがベッド、床カーペットにおり100箇所以上刺されました。宿泊中もベッドでは寝れず椅子で寝ていました。部屋はエキストラで上の方の階、部屋の大きさはとても良く、シャワー、トイレの水の流れは問題なく満足です。スタッフもとても親切でした。立地的にもスーパーは近く、何より駅まで徒歩数分でとても利便性がよくとても良かったです。ですが…ホテル内掃除がされておらず、宿泊17日しましたが、ルームクリーンはなし。廊下も埃だらけ…廊下に置いてある掃除機を借りて自分で掃除しました。不衛生さとトコジラミ、ダニが本当に残念！！その他は良いですが、トコジラミ、ダニに刺されたところは帰国してからも悩まされてました。もう宿泊は遠慮します。

Personnel agréable mais chambre désastreuse :
Fenetre cassée, chauffage bloqué sur température maximale, tous les meubles sont abîmés.
Le wifi fonctionne quand il veut, et meme quand il fonctionne il marche très mal, impossible de regarder netflix sans interruptions, le wifi se deconnecte tout seul.
Aucune isolation sonore on entend la rue comme les voisins (a cote/dessus/dessous)
Pas le lit le plus confortable, il est assez dur.
Aussi une odeur d'egout et de cigarette dans la chambre impossible a enlever.
Pour notre part la chambre etait pas trop sale nous n'avons pas eu de cafard.
Toutes les prises ne sont pas fonctionnelles.

Perfect location for stay, 5 min walk to tube. Plus was able to check in early. Negative was that I was not sure room had been cleaned. Bin was full and only towel was hanging over shower door.

We were supposed to stay five nights. We left after the second night. We could not get a refund but left anyway.
We had to climb 115 stairs to our room. Narrow stairs, dirty carpet, with shaking hand rails.
No a/c so we opened our windows and rats came in and ate our snacks.
The shower would not drain so we had to use the water quickly so not to overflow the shower.

Hotellet var riktigt slitet och vi är osäkra på om de vet hur en dammsugare fungerar. Vår säng var extremt oskön med fjärdrar in i ryggen, lyckades dock få en ny madrass eftersom de renoverade ett rum och sängen där användes inte. Fotona var direkt missvisande. Killen i receptionen var trevlig och läget var bra men kommer aldrig boka detta igen.

The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, and it shows from the moment you step inside. Building materials were scattered in the lobby and in the basement, where our room was located.
We booked this as a last-minute alternative due to an issue with another hotel, but had we known the true state of the property, we would have looked elsewhere.
The rooms are extremely basic and outdated, with minimal furniture and no bedside lamp—making even a nighttime trip to the bathroom inconvenient. More concerning, we saw a cockroach on the stairs, which confirms the pest issues mentioned in other reviews.
Aside from its convenient location near the tube, the hotel offers very little in its current state. It would serve guests far better if the owners completed renovations—and addressed the pest problem—before continuing to take bookings.

Ort sehr zentral am earls court.
Personal freundlich.
Das war es auch schon.
Fotos haben NICHTS mit den Zimmern zu tun. Matratze komplett inakzeptabel. Jede Feder spürbar. Treppe in den 5. Stock so schmal das es schwierig ist mit Koffer. Zimmer schwarz gestrichen und Wände unbestimmt verdreckt.

BED BUGS and not kid safe!
We came home with bed bug bites!! Had to tear apart all the luggage and sterilize everything we took to this hotel.
I asked management fix the window and the door where the child safety latches were broken. The simply put the broken window sill back into place- without repairing it. DEFINITELY NOT UP TO CODE. Also there were 2 other guests in the lobby when I wA checking out waiting for management for over an hour so they could have their grievances addressed.

Reception staff were hanging about outside when I arrived. Took a few minutes to find my booking. Room was on the fifth floor and building has no lift. Complimentary water, tea and coffee but no fridge for a cold drink. Fire doors on staircase were wedged open. Shower door was broken and shower was dirty. Good location for Underground.

Vill du bo mitt i stan, bryr dig inte om trappor, bekvämlighet, fruktansvärd värme, toalettbekvämlighet och avloppsodör så är det här hotellet för dig. Om inte så är svaret att det ska undvikas till varje pris. Vi visste att det inte var top notch, men det finns gränser för hur mycket icke top notch något kan vara.

When I made the reservation, I was more concerned the location and failed to spend much time with the previous guest comments. Don't make the same mistake: lots of steep stairs, foul smelling bathroom, hungry bedbugs (or their relatives), no soap (for shower), all-black rooms, front desk not manned 24/7. The Wi-Fi and TV were OK.
