2度目の滞在でした。前回、とても良かったのでまた宿泊する事にしました。
ウィンブルドン駅からはちょっと歩くけど(10分くらい？)、徒歩圏内だしレストランのリサーチも兼ねて、歩くのは楽しかったです。
朝食は有料だけど、とても美味しいです。
食パン、クロワッサン、デニッシュ。
ハッシュドポテト、ベーコン、ソーセージ、オーブンで焼いたトマト、トマトソースの煮豆。
ヨーグルト、スイカ、メロン、グレープフルーツ、ブドウ、パイナップル。
スライスチーズ3種類、生ハム、スライスのソーセージ。
コーヒー、牛乳、果物ジュース。
そして卵料理が出ます。
ビュッフェ式で、好きなだけ食べられます。
室内も綺麗だし、エレベーターもあるし(ちょっと部屋によっては階段もありましたけどね…)、とてもオススメです。

とても綺麗な良いホテルでした！
キングサイズベッドの部屋だったため値段はやや高いですが、部屋はとても広く快適でした。
朝食は別料金だったので、毎日は食べませんでしたが美味しいです。
ビュッフェ形式で、角パン、クロワッサン(焼きたてはとてもとてもサクサクで良い！！)、フルーツ、ジュース、お茶、ベーコン、ソーセージ、ハッシュドポテト、煮豆、それに卵が付いてきます。
ウィンブルドンの駅からはやや遠いですが、バス停が目の前なため結構便利です。
治安は良いと思いますので、安全を買う、という意味でもお勧めできます。

Abbiamo soggiornato durante il torneo di Wimbledon. La struttura si trova a 20 minuti a piedi dal Wimbledon village e a 10 dalla stazione dei treni. La colazione di buona qualità e i vari tipi di uova cucinate al momento erano buonissime. Sarebbe opportuno inserire una macchinetta per fare il cappuccino o altre bevande. Si può trovare solo il caffè americano o il tè. La struttura è un po' datata, l'ascensore angusto e molto piccolo ( 2 adulti con valige praticamente non ci entrano) ma nel complesso è pulita e il personale disponibile. La cosa negativa è la mancanza di un piccolo frigorifero in camera

We had room 101 huge room and the bathroom was a bit special lovely shower either added shower jets and also a huge bath with tv on wall.
Location was great for train & Wimbledon shopping or the tennis which is why we were here.
Would highly recommend a stay here,

Couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely joyful — they remembered my friend and me, along with our room numbers, every single time we returned from exploring the city. Our solo rooms were perfect and had everything we could have asked for, including exceptional AC. Considering we were there during a historic heat wave, that was a gift indeed!
A delightful surprise was the high‑end massage chair available for guests. After long days of walking and sightseeing, you better believe I made good use of it.
The staff also went above and beyond by storing our gourmet chocolates in their fridge and keeping our freezer bags in their deep freeze. Thanks to them, our insulated coolers were perfectly chilled on departure, and our chocolates made it home without melting.
Truly exceptional service all around. Thank you to the staff for everything — I will look back on this once‑in‑a‑lifetime trip with the fondest of memories!

We had a 1 night stay as we were attending the local Theatre .We had a Faboulous afternoon and evening .It was the next Morning when we went to get a shower .There was no hot water
None what so ever .We took cold ones .I struggled because of a health issue .On check out we mentioned the water situation and were told ! Oh the boiler needed maintanance. So there hadn't been any the whole duration of are stay and for anybody else for that matter .He told us it had just been fixed..Nobody on check in or at any time mentioned it
His attitude was not good .We paid £108 For the room oh and .1p transaction fee?.Which they are supposed to refund .Under the circumstances I think I should get a 50% Refund .I just cannot believe they didn't mention it like it was no big deal .Thank goodness we arrived ready for our afternoon and evening .Shocking .!!!

The room was tiny, and the shower was the smallest I have ever come across. I turned the TV on but couldn't then change channels or turn it off. The gentleman from reception came to the room and pulled the wardrobe out to see if he could get to the plug. Thought it was going to collapse it was so flimsy. Worst of all though was the aircon unit making a loud buzzing noise all night even though it wasn't switched on. Tried to take the room key card out which cut the power to most things, but not that. Had very disturbed nights sleep.

Lovely hotel. Great location as only a 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants and the train station. The train is then only 15 minutes into the centre of London. The hotel has a free car park which is an added bonus. The room was clean and modern and there’s a nice bar area in the lobby. Staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely return.

I am struggling with my rating. It was our second stay - the staff are all lovely and helpful, the breakfast is good, hotel feels fairly priced. It’s older and not overly accessible with the smalll lift. However on our most recent stay, we found bed bugs in our bed on our second night. We told the staff in the morning after getting next to no sleep, and they were extremely helpful and our belongings and the room were fumigated. However as a result we then had to buy two days worth of new clothes for us and our kid, we had almost none of our belongings for 2 days, and then an expensive laundromat trip. Thankfully we were staying for two weeks and were able to be around for the treatment. They refunded our breakfasts but none of the room amounts, which again was nice, but for the amount of stress it caused in our journey in hindsight I don’t feel it was enough. We were too tired to fight it. So a long review to say - the staff are really helpful, the manager Tom is really kind and proactive, but beware of bed bugs.
