Staffs were so friendly. And cheap breakfast was the biggest attractive point of there. It only cost 3! We can eat still get full it was great for travelers who travel in low cost and want to eat much. But toilets were dirty and room and shower room was stinky.

For better or worse, it's worth the price, but I wanted to know the details of the equipment in advance. Also, Wi-Fi could not be connected in the private room, which was very inconvenient.

It was a very nice place to stay for the price. Location is fantastic! Internet access was very good and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen facilities were clean and comprehensive, so one could make whatever one wanted. The service was good - reception and staff very friendly and happy to assist. It was actually much better than I expected and I plan to return there whenever I'm in London. In actual fact, I have been there twice now. I have also recommended it to my family & friends.

Bed really uncomfortable but you can ask for the price, but there was no sockets to charge your items plus pretty old no maintenance at all

Location, facilities, and staff are amazing! I have stayed in many hostels and the kitchens, tv room and bathrooms are spacious and plentiful. Great value for the price 😂

Great for a short stay. Close to Victoria station. One of the toilet seat covers is wobbly so it falls down—should change.

Great facilities the social areas all over including huge projector for movies. you can cook your own food. Staff were great real helpful genuinely friendly and organised. Missed the buffet but heard it’s only £2.50 and actually quite good for price from other guests. Will go back sometime for longer as enjoyed my 1 night there.

Nice location, very friendly staff. Rooms were a bit warm due to no AC but I knew that going in.

This hostel is housed in a historic building, so expect to walk up stairs - not an issue for me as a backpacker, but worth noting for those with heavy luggage. I booked a bed in a 6-bed room with private shower, but the shower setup was completely impractical. The shower is literally an arm's length from other beds, meaning you'd have to be naked before entering the shower area to maintain any privacy. Even changing clothes inside the shower cube is impossible since there are no hangers or hooks provided. Unsurprisingly, everyone ended up using the shared toilets on the stairs instead, making the "private shower" feature pointless. The common area facilities are quite limited - there's only one small table for the entire building. Other spaces are lounge areas with sofas, or you can work in the kitchen surrounded by food smells, which isn't ideal. On the positive side, the location is excellent and considering the age of the building, it's kept quite clean overall. The staff are genuinely super friendly and helpful throughout. This might work for a single night's stay, but I wouldn't recommend staying longer. The shower situation and limited workspace make extended stays uncomfortable, despite the good location and friendly atmosphere. For backpackers just needing a place to crash for one night, it's manageable. For anything longer, you'd be better off looking elsewhere.

Katie and her colleagues were super friendly, helpful and full of advice and recommendations. Nothing was an issue. Friendly guests also. We havent stayed in a hostel before so werent sure what to expect. Our room was a bunk bed, 2 person room, which we pre selected. Was comfortable, clean and had a sink in room. Toilet and shower were just outside of our room. Again these facilities were clean and accessible. Near to local pubs and bars, not far from Victoria so a hub of activity off the atreet. Five mins walk from Pimlico tube station. Would definitely stay again.

Staffs are okay but not the friendliest. Rooms are okay. Toilets and shower area were stinky tbh. But if you are being cheap it's all good but therr could be better hostel around the city.
