スタッフの方はとても親切で、部屋も写真通りきれいでした。簡易キッチンが付いており、連泊だったら利用したかった。 パディントン駅から徒歩10分圏内でアクセスも良いです。

階段は急で狭かったですが、スタッフの方がお手伝いしてくださいました

Fantastic location, great price. Very nice room. Staff were helpful. Highly recommended. Will look to stay again on next visit.

This is the worst stay ever and I hope to be able to submit photos. First thing noticeable was the smell of damp but it gets worse. The floor grout in the bathroom and the shower was brown and filthy. The remote didn’t work for the tv and there were other areas showing lack of cleanliness and care. I hope never to encounter another property this filthy and this property should be dropped from all booking platforms.

The room itself was tiny. That was ok bc it was close to Hyde park and convenient to both lancaster and paddington tube stations. No ac but it was fairly cool and we knew this in advance. Room was advertized as having a kitchen and pics showed kitchen and dining area. In reality kitchen was one ciunter w sink microwave toaster and kettle. Dud have dishes for 2 but nowhere to sit except on the bed. Entire place i cluding bathroin was about 10x10. Never got clean towels despite asking for them. No maid service at all. Funally found towel storage and got our own. Water smellsd of sulfur. Not hotels fault but smell became too strong after wet towels sat in bath for days. Also a lot of street noise at night and people rattling doirs all night. Would not recommend

Room was clean. And a good size for a cheep room in london. I was on the 3rd floor. If i had heavy lugage it would have been a challenge get it up to the room. However would stay again as the microwave and fridge was realy handy.

Das schlimmste, was wir je erlebt haben! Überall Schmutz, Schimmel, Kalk und Flecken. Im Bad waren Handabdrücke der Vorgänger zu sehen. Geputzt wird hier wenn überhaupt nur sehr sehr sehr oberflächlich. Der schwarze Schimmel in allen (wirklich allen) Fugen im Bad ist gesundheitsgefährdend. Alles ist kaputt: Lampen funktionieren nicht, der Duschkopf ist verstopft, Sockelleisten fallen ab, Schwellen sind zerbrochen, das Bett hängt fast bis zum Boden durch. Die Ablage neben dem Schreibtisch hatte mehrere Einschnitte von einer Stichsäge, so als wäre sie als Werkbank genutzt worden. Die Treppen sind sehr schmal und steil, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Man müht sich extrem ab, sein Gepäck nach oben zu bekommen, Hilfe bekommt man keine von Personal. Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig. Die ganze Nacht über war ein Kommen und Gehen. Überall polterte und krachte es, die Treppen und der Boden knarzen und generell ist alles in einem sehr sanierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Zu allem Übel hat sich im Nachbarzimmer jemand die ganze Nacht hindurch übergeben und es hörte sich so an, als würde er es direkt neben unserem Bett machen. Wir haben am nächsten Morgen das Hotel so früh wie möglich (vor 6:00 Uhr) verlassen und die Zimmerkarte einfach in die Rezeption geworfen. Diese Unterkunft ist eine absolute Zumutung und wir können die positiven Bewertungen in keiner Weise nachvollziehen.

Smells of mold

Room was large and clean, but underground and no way of escape if there was a fire. The window was barred as it was on the street. Had no privacy as you could see em through window from the street and cleaners accessed a cupboard which was right by window. The room was extremely hot , there was a fan but didn’t do much. Check in was ok, email said 2pm but was told it’s between 2.30 and 3 - luckily room was ready for us Good area for Hyde park but we’ve stayed in much nicer places

Very clean room, good facilities for the price

Bedroom full of flies - had to sleep on sofa. No reception before 8am. I called contact number explained situation, sent photo proof. No response.

Really good communication with a lot of amenities! Also really good location!

Good location, 5min walk from Paddington. No air conditioning and it was hot.

No words. We couldn’t get managers when a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Just one example of poor service in a rundown property.

Trots bilder på spisplattor och information om att köksutrustning tillhandahålls så får kokplattorna inte användas pga brandrisken. Det finns mycket färdig mat i mataffärerna så micro och kylskåp räckte långt. Väldigt lyhört kan tilläggas. I övrigt helt ok för att vara London.

Gut gelegen, könnte sauberer sein, Fenster ließen sich nicht ganz schließen

Words can’t describe how disappointed my family and I were with this property. I am only giving it a 1 star because I have no option to give it a zero. If I could I would. This had to be the worst place I have ever stayed at. The smell coming from inside and outside of this apartment were nauseating! It smelt of rotting rodents inside the apartment and sewage coming from outside the apartment. Even opening the windows and using a fan did nothing to cure this issue. The shower had hair still in it and the room needed to be cleaned. When we arrived to the room the heat was turned up high and the difference between outside the apartment door to the temperature in the room was at least 20 degrees. We had to hike up 5 flights of stairs to the top floor and stayed in Room 18. The “desk” in the bedroom had water stains and mildew on them as well as the “closet”. The pull out couch bed was broken and the couch cushions were heavy stained. The images shown on this site do match the room but the condition is much worse than shown. The other rooms seem to be updated but this one lacked upkeep. We requested to move to another room but they were fully booked. We were offered the opportunity to move to another room the next morning but communication/move never occurred and the room was given away. The owner was contacted as we had request a refund so that we could leave that evening to stay somewhere else and it was denied. Truly a disheartening experience, do not stay here!

Convenient apartment to Paddington Station. Reasonable price. Room was clean comfortable and large. Only issue was shower drained slow in apt 9.

Nice clean apartment in a lovely leafy area, within walking distance of the tube and bus stops, and close to Hyde park, excellent food at the Stablehand pub around the corner, all in all very nice!
