The room was clean and well maintained

The place was above expectations. A great location, a lovely room with loads of amenities. Extremely clean and well presented and overall great value. It was fine for me, but my room on the top floor may not have been ideal for someone older or less mobile

Smart room in pretty standard London townhouse, when you look beyond the marketing. Nice area. Was in Room 001 which is adjacent to front doors / noisy. For all the tech gimmicks I couldn't enter room initially for first 15 mins until seeking remote help. Resolved quickly. Good stay but average for the price.

Room was better than pictured, I thought. Bathroom was tiny, a heads up about that would have been helpful for accessibility reasons. Lots of noise made by guests upstairs, I think it was due to it being an old building rather than their noise volume. Had some really fun touches that I enjoyed. Location was great, in a really nice neighbourhood. I’d stay with Bob W again.

Yes, very easy access, close to everything I need.

Small room, with cooking facilities but no space for a table or chair, so not much use for working or eating unless it's on the bed.

i loved here. super cute and close to the tube, places to eat and Hyde Park. communication was amazing and 10/10. would def stay here again!

We did have an administrative issue but I have to say once inside the accommodation it is very impressive. Every detail has been thought of is of the highest quality and I will definitely be staying again. Thank you Bob!

No desk or chair available - not suitable for business people who need to work from their hotel room. Unlocking the doors with iPhone worked fine but cannot always be reliable. Room was small. Toilet was a bit of a squeeze.

Very well looked after

The Bob W was very clean and quiet, but that’s the end of the positives. Our room was on the 4th floor, which was 82 narrow steps up (yes we counted) with no lift. Not a big deal except when you’re carrying suitcases! The temperature got hotter with each floor, and our window only opened about 4 inches for safety, and we had a fan that did very little so we slept with no bed covers. WiFi on the 4th floor was extremely weak. Out of the three outlets in the room for charging devices, only one worked. Finally, anyone remotely bigger would never fit in the bathroom! It was easy to contact the company, but they asked me to detail the issues and when I did, I never heard back. So, if you’re staying on the first floor, it might be perfectly fine….but I’d request not to be on the third or fourth floor for sure.

I was a little sceptical, but overall was very pleasantly surprised. If the value and destination is right. Dont hesitate 👍

Hear noise from the rooms around, fridge was noisy and had to move rooms and tv didn’t work

Outstanding. Bed just could have been a little softer. Still, I’m remembering this hotel if I need to go back to London. Doesn’t have a front desk and communication is through a website, which wasn’t a concern for me, but you may want to know.

Excellent location. Room was very small. Bed against window, no space to get into bed on far side. Shower small with sloping roof so my husband could not stand straight. No milk for tea, otherwise good provisions. Not suitable for large people or elderly. No lift. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Good communication with Bob W staff but all of our requests were unable to be addressed. Could not get onto WiFi and could not access TV

The 'Pocket' sized room is impossibly small. The room was up four flights of stairs - with no lift. You are provided a code for the front door and then have to use an online portal to open an interior code and then the room door (via swiping your phone) What happens if you have sub-standard internet service? Our room door wouldn't lock at one stage. I waited 2 mins 30 secs for someone to pick up the phone - they couldn't solve it. Thankfully my wife contacted the hotel via What's App and this was solved quickly. What happens if you don't have What's App? It costs 30 GBP to have the shoe-box of a room cleaned. You can't simply turn on the television - it requires fiddling around with WIFI and a password - which is provided by the hotel. We couldn't get this to connect so gave up. It's a great location near Paddington Railway Station - put the effort in and find something better.
