Nearly died of heat stroke! No air conditioning in the room. No windows that open, the ventilation system did not work properly. It was hard to breathe in the room. Was given a broken fan on the first night. Complained so many times but nobody seemed to care. Didn't offer a different room or even care about the fact that my 6 year old son was very sick due to the heat in the room. They did call maintenance on the second day but they couldn't fix the problem. It totally ruined my trip. Why take payment from customers if an adequate room can not be given? No repairs were being done on this property there were holes and broken furniture. The room was so hot the sticker on the outside of the door was peeling off! I have stayed in many hotels but never as bad as this. Worst 3 days ever.

The rooms and bathroom are amazine for size and deco and the location in the centre of liverpool with the famous Mathew street the next street and the starf are very plesant and helpful

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Very large rooms and bathroom. Super central. Only bad point : mattresses need replacing

We booked a suite but got a room have tried to contact hotel no reply. The aircon was broken making the rooms extremely uncomfortable to sleep in

Quite an oppressive room with colour scheme and materials used more in line with a hotel where you would rent the room by the hour with its gold settee and dark material padded walls couldn’t open windows and very dirty, was quite warm when we there and Bonaire con/ fan although admittedly I didn’t ask for one - no spoons in the room for drinks and not enough milk/ coffee etc I know only small things but all add up - on the plus the beds very clean and comfy - bathroom nice and clean to and communal areas all very welcoming along with a lift - so I guess to sum it up you get what you pay for

this was advertised suitable for family and in no way was it we had a 2 year old and 8 week the noise level was on another scale it was like a brothal very unhappy and will never stay again there was fighting going on in then room next door it was a "party hotel" at best

Lovely room, staff where helpful and friendly and the location is fantastic right by the shopping and nightlife hot spots this dose mean there is some noise from the bars nearby but this wasn’t a problem for us

The room was absolutely gorgeous more like an apartment than a room, twin baths with jacuzzi and mini kitchen was spotless and well stocked with plates glasses etc, will definitely book again.

We did not encounter any issues with this hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. The room was huge! Didn’t have breakfast just a coffee in the room. Would highly recommend this hotel. There is a fantastic Italian further up the road where there are always queues to get in!

The hotel is great…..depending on what your there ( in Liverpool for ) 1. Yes the wall are Paper thin 2. Yes it’s very noisy as it’s right next to the famous music clubs that have live acts……so now I’ve put you off haha., the other bits are The room was superb. ( could do with a mirror above the wash basin) but there are plenty of mirrors as you can see in my pics. Would have been lovely to have some lighting either directly in or around the fabulous wardrobe that’s fully lined in black velvet. Very posh but I couldn’t see my clothes haha…… The room itself was great. Two extremely comfortable beds, clean linen and I even have a Jacuzzi that I throughly used. I was there in an impromptu little getaway for myself. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or attentive. This is a great little find. Everything shops bar clubs is literally on its doorstep. Great hotel for Adults & couples I’d say. Thank you again to the team at Boutique56

I received a room in an apartment building and not in the place I booked, the room without air conditioning and sealing under the entertainment area, I didn't sleep all night because of the cold and noise

I have still not received my deposit back even after contacting the company

Walkable from several stations. Very friendly staff members.

Great location. Staff helpful. Kitchen smelled of stale smoke but otherwise cleanliness was good

Hotellet hadde ein veldig sentral beliggenhet i forhold til shopping. Rommet var stilig,men luktet litt rart også var ingen mulighet til å åpne vinduet på rommet. Var heller ingen utlufting på badet, så det blei veldig fuktig der etter vi hadde dusjet.
