Brama is like a home from home. Very friendly staff who are always go out of their way to make your experience a great one. Highly recommended!

It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise.

I've stayed at Brama multiple times now and each time is fantastic.

The room was lovely. It was very easy to check in. I like the fact that the hotel had a library.

Lovely hotel, beautifully looked after and restored, peaceful and friendly, little bit out of London so if using public transport be aware however runs regularly. We were there for the marathon so used the bus then the train to Greenwich. South Bromley train station about a 12 minute walk which takes you to Victoria. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was great, little extras such as biscuits and dressing gowns. Decent coffee and various teas ( was in my element). Powerful shower, comfy bed, would recommend. Only complaint if needed is the banging of doors as they close they are quite heavy so can't be helped. Short corridors so not many to hear. Not too annoying though. Great shopping centre and lots of places to eat. Hotel offers grab breakfast but we ventured the 4 minutes to the town for a hot brekkie. Would love to stay again.

Great room, only issue we had was a strong smell of sewage coming directly from the toilet itself (this will require looking into; room 204) which kicked in later into the night; we didn’t realise the bathroom door was open and so the smell came into the room which was quite unpleasant. Closing the toilet lid and door did help somewhat, but it was unpleasant when using the bathroom. But otherwise the room itself was incredibly clean and great decor. Shame about the lack of dining options on site.

Everything was good except getting tea or coffee at the Brama. The device in the room was difficult and dysfunctional. The machines for coffee and tea in the common room (Library) were similarly frustrating and out of water (one leaked). Staff were supposed to be available 24/7 by their postings, but unavailable before 8AM. Fortunately, nearby is a coffee/ tea shop which we (and others) resorted to using each day. They should buy some Kerig coffee & tea machines or get delivery from the local coffee shop.

Lovely stay. Always our first choice place to stay. Everything around, bed comfortable amd excellent staff.

Impeccable stay in a central location for Bromley. Room was cheery, spotless, and comfortable. Nice touches like labelling all the light switches. No bar or restaurant but close to lots of dining options.

Overall, wonderful experience. Only gripe I have is when main power is turned off in room, (which you must do to turn off lights), you can’t power your phone or computer.

Brama was amazing. The building, the decor, the thoughtfulness that had gone into the rooms, the staff... All exceptional. Everything you need was catered for in the room. The tea, coffee and real milk was also a welcome surprise. The toiletries should be sold in site. Just fabulous. The eco credentials mean no car parking on site, that's the only down side. There's lots of local parking, but you will have to lug your luggage back and forth. I will be back soon!
