メールも返信ない。お金だけ取られた。 電話したら一方的に切られた。

1ヵ月滞在させてもらいましたが、ずっと改装工事をしていました。海外ではよくある事ですが、お湯が全く出ない、テレビがつかない、電気がつかない、非常ベルがよく鳴る。と、いう事がしょっちゅうでした。 また、キッチン付きの部屋を探していて、予約サイトには、部屋にキッチン、wifi使用可との表示があったので、このホテルにしましたが、キッチンは付いていないし、wifiの電波は弱過ぎて結局使えませんでした。 中心地からも遠く、シャワー、トイレ共同なら高い方だと思います。

This was a nice place to stay when going to gigs at ovo arena

The beds were not comfortable at all! Mattress was sunken and spring sticking out on the mattress of the double bed! Single bed was ok, but not that comfortable!

Some of the staff was helpful however ran into many issues with packages. With some staff members outright lying about incoming packages that had arrived and not checking if they had been kept.

The staff were very courteous, but the rooms, especially the bathroom's could do with updating, in my bathroom the shower head holder was hanging off the wall. Beds were comfortable though and rooms were clean, perfectly exceptable for one night away

Myself and my brother work in close proximity tonthe Hotel, we like it so much that we have now made ot our base, we stay from Sun/Fri every week. The staff are great, very friendly, there's pleanrt of parking out the back in a locked compound. Food is excellent, we have had breakfast a few times and have had pizza before going to work (we work nights). Itbhas a large bar area which ia great if you drink. I can honestly say we really enjoy staying here and are glad that we found it aboit 5 weeks ago.

We literally just slept there, we was at the football at Wembley, a bit of a headache due to the underground not working up that way but all on all it was comfortable, we didn't eat there and only down side was the room was top floor and no lifts so after travelling from 5AM my legs didn't like the stairs ha ha! Will re book again though for next wembley match

The room was very noisy. dusty and cold. The staff did give me a portable heater and more blankets. but the room was only warm on the 3rd day of the portable heater working (24 hours). The access to Wembley was not as easy as described. Yes it was close but actually getting to Wembley was not easy. I had a shared bathroom- which I am normally ok with and expect it to be "used" looking. However I expect to be able to control my water temperature! I had 2 choices freezing or "just" warm. I did ask to be moved however apparently there were no rooms, which is good for them- not good for me. I could not cancel the room either as I would lose the price of it.

Bit of musty smell in the room, and very cold. The water is either extremely hot or extremely warm. If it was cheaper fair enough, but for the price not worth it all.

Really disappointed, unfriendly staff, room smelt, very run down and the pizza I got to eat from there was horrid, don’t think I would stay again

Rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel itslef is clean, the cleaners are there every day. Not had food yet as i work nights.

Very nice room always warm very comfortable and clean

The room was very dated, damage also to the bath.
