Hotel staff are most helpful Breakfast was good Bar prices were very good My only disappointment was shower in room not working properly. To be fair i did not ask the owner to have a look at it so he did not get the chance to rectify. I would go back to the hotel if visiting Blackpool.

After 25 years of travel, the Brooklyn Hotel in Blackpool ranks as my worst stay to date. I don’t expect high-end standards, but basic cleanliness and safety should be guaranteed—this hotel offered neither. Parking was limited, with only three spots—one used by staff—forcing us to park on the street. On arrival, the lobby looked decent, but the room reeked of damp. The bathroom was filthy: black mold lined the shower floor, and the vinyl felt like it might collapse. I avoided the shower entirely, relying on baby wipes. The toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned, with rust on the toilet roll holder. The radiator didn’t work, and the bed looked so uninviting I slept fully clothed on top of it for three nights. The TV remote was sticky and unusable. Cleaning only happens if you hang a sign on the door—a disappointing system. The hotel is a mile from Blackpool Tower, but I found the area unsafe. A local neighbor aggressively confronted us late at night, and we paid to park further away just to feel safer. The experience was unsettling from start to finish. I booked based on high online ratings that didn’t reflect reality. I urge future guests to exercise caution. This hotel failed at every level.

Very nice hotel. Both of our hosts couldn’t do enough for us. It’s good to be offered more when you’ve finished your breakfast!

Fantastic

The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. The room possibly a little on the small size(even for a single). Dining room was beautifully presented, and the breakfast was of a very high standard, and plentiful(more than enough, even for the heartiest of appetites!) I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for good quality accomodation in Blackpool at reasonable cost

I stayed here for 5 nights end of June, was given a single room on the ground floor which was ideal for me no stairs to clime, although very small was not a problem for me. The best thing for me during my stay was the excellent free breakfast which i enjoyed every morning was very filling to start the day, Would definitely stay here again.

The Brooklyn hotel is easy reach from Wilton Parade tram or bus stop The Hosts Zyta & Maciek were welcoming and lovley, we staying in one of there newly renovated rooms on the ground floor which was a good sized withroom wet room shower ,small double bed which was really comfy, the only gripe would be the curtains need to be replaced with blackout ones, there was no road noise at all. The breakfast was served from 8.30am cereals ,juice on offer, with a fantastic cooked breakfast, bacon sausage beans toms fried bread, bust you can alter with poached or scrambled eggs, mushrooms hash brown and also you get toast, tea or coffee, set us up for the day. The hotel is being slowly renovated...we will definitely be using this hotel again get yourselfs a tram & bus ticket day 3 day or weekly well worth it.

Beautiful and clean room , plenty of space , comfy bed ( although a little small ) very quiet . The breakfast was excellent , staff very friendly . Tram stop just at the end of the road . All round , no complaints

Rooms where clean, big enough for 4 of us and had everything we needed for a stay Breakfast was included and was brilliant

Great size room for 2 adults and 2 tall teenagers! Lovely walk along the seafront into the main part of Blackpool. Staff were really welcoming and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Will definitely return.

Can recommend this hotel, nice quiet location. The owners are really lovely, I had a single room so it was pretty basic but clean with the comfiest bed I have had in any place I have stayed at in Blackpool.

Friendly and quiet.

The room was immaculately clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Great for children too. My only 'complaint' is there is only one pillow for each person, but maybe i should have requested another. It was late at night though before I noticed. Free parking. No noise for sleeping. The hosts were amazingly helpful. Highly recommended.
