Initial booking was easy and straightforward. But the check-in process left a lot to be desired! The Virtual Front Desk, ask you to send them photographic ID via WhatsApp or email, and they send you the access codes to the property, along with videos on how to use the locks. Once inside the property, you then need to navigate a labyrinth of hallways and staircases in the hope of finding your room. Fortunately for us, cleaners were on site when we checked in, and they showed us where our room was. One of the fire exits near our room was obstructed by vacuum cleaners, mop buckets, bins, and other cleaning equipment. Not very reassuring, and highly illegal! The room itself was not quite what we expected. Overall size was not too bad, but we only had two small letterbox windows for the whole room. That said, the room was very clean to an excellent standard. The location advert stated that towels and toiletries were included. This translated to 4 small towels (2x hand towels and 2x larger hand towels, certainly not bath towels), and 2 wall-mounted dispensers (one in the shower and one above the sink) containing a generic shower gel and handwash respectively. The shower is begging for more water pressure, and regardless of your chosen settings, the water comes out either scalding hot or ice cold! Oh yeah, and you have the noise of tube trains running below the property all night! Not bad overall, but I would probably look elsewhere before staying here again in the future.

Would never had found property of it wasn’t for the owner sending photos of door outside and key pad instructions. Great communication but only received once room had been cleaned and was ready earlier than check in. Although it was classed as deluxe studio it lacked in nice bedding. Only 2 rubbish pillows for 2 people. No more extras one. My pillow was very lumping and uncomfortable. Apart from that the studio was lovely. Good presentation. Nice lighting. Shame towel heater didn’t switch off as so close to toilet it was very hot to touch and not needed to be on. Enough cutlery for 2 people. Was very noisy when we arrived about 5 with other rooms but we didn’t get back till 11 and wasn’t too bad but doors starting slamming early morning. All rooms close together and cleaner was slamming doors this morning at 10. Overall not deluxe. But easy to reach tube. Bus stop outside and restaurants near by. If bedding looked at we would stay again.

Clean room. Only a code to get in, flimsy front door with no way to lock from the inside. Paper-thin walls with guests playing loud music into the early hours.

Overall, my stay was very satisfactory. A good level of cleanliness, attentive staff, and a convenient location. I would recommend Centra to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable and convenient stay in this part of London.

Walls are a little thin so can hear lots of noise from other guests partying in earlier hours . However the rooms were spotless great location and contact with owners was brilliant . Would definately would return .
