立地や清潔感、スタッフの方々も最高なんですが、朝ご飯が9時からという点が困りました。徒歩5分くらいのブレックファーストクラブというところが朝早くからやっていて、美味しいイングリッシュブレックファーストが食べられるのでおすすめです。近くのスタバも朝早くから開いています。観光のための立地として、これ以上はないと思います。

Good little find. The hotel itself doesn’t have the most facilities, as in the bar is down the street and there is no gym as of yet (future plans I believe to have one), but it was qwerky and nice. The app is a good addition but the lights can be a bit slow to change.

This is the best place we have ever stayed at hands down!!! The price of the room is extremely reasonable for the area and it being London. We stayed in the York apartment and it raised our expectations on what a hotel room should be.

We were greeted by a wonderful team who could not be more helpful, check in was smooth and the room was amazing the only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The welcome and service in the hotels cocktail bar was equally impressive, 2 free cocktails on arrival which really hit the spot. Amazing place that I would recommend to anyone

Fantastic on every level

Absolutely superb in every way

Disappointed upon arrival that the room was not ready at 3pm as you would expect without fail for a property of this standard - I was not the only one with the same issue. That said the team were apologetic and did their best with getting me a room asap (which was an upgrade). Then I would add that Frederick, the senior butler, was amazing and really did everything he could to make the stay delightful. This hotel is special and the apartment was simply stunning and incomparable to anything else I have stayed at in London (including most of the 5* hotels).

I would never stay there again. I didnt like the concept at all, its dark, ultra old and ultra noisy A watch was stolen from my purse that I accidentally left in my room

I am a regular London visitor and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in in years. The staff were absolutely incredible and couldn’t do enough for me. The room upgrade was just so appreciated, and the room itself was huge and spotlessly clean. This hotel is such a little hidden gem. I can’t wait to come back!

Funky stay in a great location

I LOVED this hotel. The staff, the rooms, everything was exquisite. If I could give 10 stars I would. Every room is a work of art. Every person that worked there did everything possible to be helpful. Special shoutout to Tyronn, who was great! If we go back to London, we will only stay at the Chateau Denmark. I cannot even fathom how anyone could give less than 5 stars.

Incredible hotel in a great area of London. Particularly great if you’re into music and theatre due to the history of the area. Staff are always super accommodating here and the rooms are incredibly unique.

This really is a cool hotel and it is in the PERFECT location to enjoy many of London's best spots. The staff of the hotel is AMAZING. Kudos to Jonathan who checked us in and to the whole staff. They were great. The room itself was less than we expected as it was very dark and the shower was in the middle of the apartment. That was a bit strange. None of that was a major distraction, but probably the biggest issue we had was the fact the apartment was on the first floor, and this area of town has a strong music scene. The music goes on to about 4 a.m., so if you are a light sleeper, this would be uncomfortable. Also, there is quite a lot of noise on the street even after the bars/clubs close. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but just beware this apartment has its downfall.
