立地は良い

端の部屋でWi-Fiが使えませんでした。Wi-Fiありなことで予約しているのに詐欺です。宿泊費をいくらか返金してほしいです。 清掃も不十分でコップに紙切れが付いていたり、床のゴミがそのままでした。

The location of hotel is very nice, but it’s facility is bad. First,

駅から近い普通のホテルでした

基本的に設備は古く、清潔感はない。立地はいいので、ホテルは寝るだけということに割り切るなら悪くはない。

夜中に雨漏りがあり室内の床カーペットに約１ｍ四方水浸しになっていた。今までなかったといっていたが他の壁紙を見ると所々剥がれている箇所があり、以前にもあったような感じに見えた。 次の朝部屋を変えてもらうように言ったがチェックしたから大丈夫と言われ、部屋に入ったが床も・雨漏り箇所もそのままであり、この部屋に宿泊させるスタッフはあまりにも酷い。結局変えてもらったが 宿泊した部屋のランクが上らしく、追加料金を請求された。なんとも酷い。 エレベータがあまりにも古すぎ、異音・振動・廊下との段差・応答の鈍さと、全てにおいてホテル設備・スタッフの態度等最悪であった。

london中心地なので仕方ないが、割高感をぬぐえない。

Tottenham Court Road 駅からほど近く、大英博物館にも近いため、利便性はとても良いです。近隣にバーや24時間営業のカフェ（無料WiFi）もあり、ホテルで食事をとらずとも不自由はありません。部屋は広くないですが、清潔です。ただし、WiFiや朝食が有料なので、ビジネスにはちょっと…。

主要な観光スポット（特に大英博物館）へのアクセスがいいので、”ホテルは寝るだけ”の人にオススメ。 部屋はコンパクトで冷蔵庫、ティーセットなし。 徒歩５分ほどの所にコンビニがあるくらい。 ホテルで食事をしなかったが、徒歩圏内にパブやレストランがたくさんあるので不自由は感じなかった。

Its a good place for only be one or maybe 2 nights, theres not many space and a little bit old rooms. 5 stars for de location in the middle of soho (if you dont like noise, its not your place)

Location perfect, great friendly staff

Had two single rooms for a one nights stay. The rooms and beds were much bigger than I thought they would be from looking at the photos on the website. Perfectly adequate for a one night stop over, great location and easy to find food and taxi when needed. Excellent value for money in the middle of London, what more can you ask!

Very cute room...had everything one or 2 people need...small but very very clean and renovated..elevators!!...great places to eat and train station just 1 block away..super easy to get around...great café around the corner with good breakfast and also a pharmacy on the corner

The doppel Beds are for one person not for two. Mold every where in the Room. Windows dont close and are full of mold and dirt. The mattress is broken inside. The Elevator is not working. The Room Chip Card has to be loaded every single because they have Problems.

After reading some of the reviews we were a little anxious. But we would really have problems faulting our room and the location is amazing. We booked a triple room and got the one in the photo, first floor corner room, big spacious and clean, no issues at all. Some of the common area's need or are being decorated. As previous reviews say, carpet needs replacing in corridors. Only real gripe is that they take a £200 deposit to stay (which was refunded on departure) and will not let you check-in without photo ID..... I've stayed in 100's of hotels and not had to do this!!!!!

The room is tiny: -WiFi didn’t work at all for us. -The windows wouldn’t open and there’s no air conditioning unit. The room was so hot. -the room was right next to the lift and people tried opening the door to get in the room. -the general upkeep of the hotel was poor. -the bathroom and shower was good.

Very close to a few train and metro stations, extremely helpful and courteous staff members!

Billigt och bra läge men det är väll allt bra. Dåligt utrustat rum, inte ens en toalettborste… duschen ramlade sönder under användning. Lite konstig personal som hetsade något oerhört om att boka taxi och ringer upp till rummet stup i kvarten. Skulle rekommendera om du vill ha något billigt och bra läge.

Nej kommer inte att bo här igen. Lyhört och i starkt behov an en renovering.
