Good hotel but not expensive

チェスター駅から徒歩圏内で途中にスーパーもあります。バスタブ付きで部屋も広くて快適でした。

部屋にバスタブがあり、快適にすごせました。 朝食もバリエーション豊かでとても良かったです。

環境が良かった。朝食が良く明るい部屋です。

駅から歩いて10分あまり、タクシーで4ポンド弱、中心市街地からは駅を挟んで反対側、幹線道路沿いの家族経営らしきホテルです。中心市街地へのバス便は至便、ただし駅近にバス停はないらしい。前の通りは交通量が多いが、脇道に入ると嘘のように静かで散歩がてら30分で中心市街地に行けます。4番のシングルルームに20泊滞在しました。部屋は狭いがバスルームが非常に広くてバスタブ付き、湯量と排水は申し分ないがシャワーは後付けの妙な器具で水圧不足という不思議な構造です。安ホテルなのでシャワーのみを覚悟していましたが、バスタブに毎日浸かりながらシャワーは使えないのでお湯を入れ替えて上がり湯とし、帰国したらバスタブではなくシャワーが恋しいという海外では初めての体験でした。部屋の壁が薄くて隣室の物音が丸聞こえなのは困りました。満室でもないのに固めて配室する方針らしく、常に隣がいました。朝食のみホテルで摂れます。宿代に含まれている簡単な朝食も、追加のイングリッシュブレックファストも水準以上です。唯一残念なのは、フロントスタッフにひとり、とても態度の悪い若い女性がいたこと。明らかにバカにしている感じで、人種差別主義者かもしれません。ほかのスタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーな人から、おとなしいが感じの良い人、朗らかで面白い人など、彼女を除けば申し分なかったのですが、彼女の担当の時に限って頼み事や質問事項ができてしまうのは、不運としか言いようがありませんでした。

スタッフは親切だった。シャワーとトイレ付。シングルルームエンスイート。 ワイファイはまあまあの電波。 特に欠点はない。

I clearly booked the CHESTER COURT HOTEL, which included breakfast, however on arrival I was informed that our room was in there other property called Chester house and my booking didn't include breakfast. I feel I have been totally ripped off and made to feel a second class. Do not book this hotel....

Staff very friendly and helpful when we arrived early. Let us have the keys early due to us going to the races so that we did not need to rush back to check in. Had to have a different room due to problems with the room booked originally but apart from having no en suite the room was fine. Breakfast nice.

What a lovely stay! Beautiful room with amazing bed, welcoming staff at check in who also booked us a taxi into town. Will definitely be back to stay here.

Lovely little hotel

Lovely Room very cosy with modern Shower. Breakfast time was a full English with other alternatives. Staff polite. Overall a nice weekend. 10 minutes from Chester centre.

Room was awfully cold. Cleaner helped herself to the room at 10.30am as she couldn't wait for me to leave in order to get the room cleaned! Will not stay again.

Lovely staff, easy check in, fantastic room very comfy and clean and had everything we could have wished for. The only down side was someone was hammering on the front door for half an hour at 4.30am which woke us up but will definitely stay here again. Haven’t tried the breakfast yet as it’s only 7am but I’m told it’s wonderful!

Stayed in a room in the annex. Nicely furnished, very comfortable bed and spotless modern bathroom.

Excellent service and room was well worth the fee

This is our second time of staying at Chester Court in as many years and it is lovely to see how the hotel has developed these past years. Not far from Chester central, this hotel is in a great location has ample parking. With well equipped comfortable rooms with a breakfast that would satify the biggest appetite. This hotel is easy to recommend and one we will certainly return to in the future.

It was in the middle of the storm October I got into Chester at 09-12 walked around for an hour got absolutely soaked . Asked if it was possible to just drop bag off about 10 -30 as check in was not until 13-00. They went out of there way to sort my room out so I could get dry and change my close in my room approximately 2-30 hours earlier.👍❤️
