The room and furnishings were beautiful, and found the space very comfortable to stay in. However, as the room was located on the top floor, it might be challenging for guests who are not very steady on their feet. Large suitcases also had to be carried up by myself, as the staff were not able to assist. In addition, after the cleaning service, the door to my room had not been fully closed, which was a slight concern from a security perspective. Apart from these points, I was satisfied with my stay overall.

コッツウォルズのブロードウェイ・タワーで車上荒しに遭った後チェックインしました。レセプションの男性がとても良い人で、レンタカー会社への連絡なども代わりにしてくれました。 食事はとても美味しく、また朝食は込みの割にはチョイスが多くエッグベネディクトを戴きましたが最高でした。 同行した息子は8日間の旅行中一番美味しかったと言っています。

中心地まで 徒歩で簡単に行けて 便利でしたが、帰り道 暗闇で迷ってしまいました。 部屋は広くて お風呂も快適、疲れが取れました。 階段だけで 荷物を運ぶのは 少し大変でしたが、寛げて良かったです。有難うございました！

Clean rooms, Very good staff

Beautiful building, big room, very cosy place to stay. However, probably a 4 star. Room didnt have a fridge which was strange, no AC too, so it was very warm during our stay and couldnt have cold water. But other than that, really enjoyed our stay, felt like we went back to the past which was a real joy, would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Customer service was so wonderful from the moment we arrived to the point of leaving. They only have a restaurant for breakfast so that will need to be taken into account. But restaurants are widely available a short distance away. All in all a wonder experience.

Parking at the hotel is very convenient. The lack of a small refrigerator in the room was a minus

The house is a charming old building, but relatively far away from the city center and the nearest restaurants. You have to walk a good 15 to 20 minutes to the center. The first room we got was spacious and had a nice view, but the heavy old curtains and the old seating furniture were so full of dust that I had trouble breathing. The bed frame was full of stains. We were finally shown two alternatives - in the basement, even though the hotel was perhaps only ten percent full. The room was dark but also spacious, the sofa was covered in faux leather, only with blackout curtains. That was fine. In any case, we wouldn't book the hotel again.

Very nice property and visually appealing, but not comfortable at all. There was no AC or refrigerator in the room, and no AC in the building. Only refrigerator was in their kitchen and we couldn’t access it ourselves and not after hours at all. Not even a coffee maker. We didn’t think to have to check for these essentials in a place advertising itself as a luxury hotel. There was a heatwave when we arrived and all the windows were closed in the room and it was boiling hot upon arrival. We had to ask for a fan and for help opening the windows that were stuck closed, even though one would think it would be a no brainer during a heatwave. Room was also TINY compared to the photos that were misleading. Could not even open a suitcase without tripping over it. We were given a bigger room and it was still tiny. Also definitely not a queen size bed. Just a regular size. Staff was nice and helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Nothing easily within walking distance. If you want a “cute” visually appealing hotel, this may be for you. But if you want to be comfortable and value convenience, steer clear. We had to check out early after one night because it was just not a place we could spend five nights. We felt very misled and were not even offered to be refunded, but I guess we will have to eat the loss of the money.

Lovely property with private parking. The staff were great especially Racheal who was very welcoming. Close enough to walk into town. Would recommend and stay again. The room we stayed in was lovely.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Could not believe how quiet the nights were, considering we are in a town. Had a realy good nights sleep, plenty of hot water and super breakfasts. Would have liked to have an evening meal on site (but a helpful list was given us by reception of where to eat)

The hotel was lovely. Room was great, comfortable. Bit disappointed breakfast was not included in the price I paid.

Not very close or walkable to most things we wanted to see, but beautiful regency neighborhood. Parking was easy. No elevator so we did have to carry our large bags by hand.

Just overnight stop - all fine except shower a bit weak

Only about a 15 minute walk to the town centre, good location! It's also in a really quiet and calm neighbourhood that felt very residential and safe. Loved that part.
