コッツウォルズのブロードウェイ・タワーで車上荒しに遭った後チェックインしました。レセプションの男性がとても良い人で、レンタカー会社への連絡なども代わりにしてくれました。 食事はとても美味しく、また朝食は込みの割にはチョイスが多くエッグベネディクトを戴きましたが最高でした。 同行した息子は8日間の旅行中一番美味しかったと言っています。

中心地まで 徒歩で簡単に行けて 便利でしたが、帰り道 暗闇で迷ってしまいました。 部屋は広くて お風呂も快適、疲れが取れました。 階段だけで 荷物を運ぶのは 少し大変でしたが、寛げて良かったです。有難うございました！

First class in every way.

Wow, what a fantastic place. From the excellent modern bathroom with walk in shower and nice fluffy towels to the wonderful crisp gorgeous smelling bed linen. Very nice polite friendly staff, well done everyone. First class.

In keeping with the lovely architecture in Cheltenham, this hotel is really well decorated with comfortable and luxurious room for the price. I appreciated the bottled water, biscuits, nice touches! Also, a good continental breakfast was worth the extra in the morning.

Lovely hotel, very happy for the most part. Friendly welcome, Very clean and stylish. Bed very comfortable. My only con was It was very hot and the windows only opened a few inches, in small room. Would maybe benefit from having air con. Still good on the whole

Nice building in a convenient location however rooms were small making them uncomfortable. We found the room very hot also. Overpriced stay, breakfast was good but again an additional cost £30 per day per couple.

Our visit to Cotswold Grange was first time and we were very impressed that we would consider staying again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and the chef catered for my dietary needs. The hotel is not far from the town centre so it was an easy walk there and back eliminating the need to look for parking. Our visit was a one night stay for a theatre trip but we feel we would like to explore the surrounding area in the future.

This property is located outside of Cheltenham city center and most rooms (all standard/smaller rooms) are in the basement. Basement has been remodeled and rooms are decent but you’re still in a basement with very little access to natural light or windows. Cleaning personnel were very loud in the morning as well talking to one another.

Easy parking. Lovely staff. Bit of a walk to the town. The room was extremely dark, not one if you are claustrophobic. Room very clean though.

Upon arrival the hotel was exactly how it looked, quite a charming building with some character, however it was the little things that I noticed such as considering we were in the hotel all evening/night and had done so much exploring during the day we just wanted some decent tv to fall asleep to but the tvs were very dated, no smart tv, channel guide was non existent also and other gripe was there wasn’t enough coffee or milk sachets in the room either so I was asking for more so we had some on wake up the next morning, overall the hotel was clean and tidy and staff helpful and friendly. Just could do with some small upgrades USB sockets and smart TVs

An elegant period house superbly converted. Friendly efficient service, good breakfast. The location is quiet, leafy and just a ten minute walk from a range of eating places. Would certainly stay again.

From Reception to our bedroom the stay has been lovely. The building has lots of Victorian charm and located awsy from traffic noise. Can recommend.

From start to finish, Cotswold Grange was a gem of a place! The rooms are gorgeous and the bathroom one of the best! Only thing we learned was dont take a heavy suitcase if you're on the top floor. The breakfast and the service was second to none. Ive forgotten the names now, but the young ladies who served us were very welcoming and helpful - we will be back!

Property was great. Staff were amazing. Room was lovely, very romantic. Breakfast absolutely delicious. Only negative was, the mattress on the four poster bed was too hard. May appeal to some people ?
