フロントデスクの方達がとても親切で不便無く滞在出来ました。
荷物が増えた為に必要だったボックスも提供してくたり、重たい荷物もタクシーまで運んでくれたりと柔軟な対応をしてくれました！
キッチンに洗濯機もあり、施設も新しく部屋も広かった為、子連れや長期滞在者にはとてもおすすめです！
私達は必ずまた宿泊すると思います。

シーツの交換やタオルの交換、ごみなどは6日？に1回だったがサービスアパートなので仕方なし！他はとても過ごしやすくよかった。交通もメトロの近くで便利。

Everything was comfortable and we are satisfied. Staffs were also friendly and very kind. The location of the hotel is a very nice to go to anywhere. However, there are two small complaints. At first, everything was stored on the top shelf and there was no storage space at the feet. It is a little inconvenient for a person with a small height. Another thing is that room-specific WiFi could not be used. Since common WiFi was able to connect even in the room, it did not inconveniently consequentially.
We will make it the first choice when staying in London. We are really thankful to you.

The apartment was amazing! Clean, safe, quiet, 1-2 min to the metro and all kinds of the restaurants; 7-10 min walk to St Paul’s cathedral. The staff were amazing, friendly, patient, especially Beatriz from Spain and the lovely Indian young lady ( I forgot her name)!

Very disappointing stay. Although the listing clearly says “kids are welcome,” I was told my children couldn’t stay in the room unless I paid an extra amount or booked another room. This is misleading and feels like a clear attempt to exploit guests.
Check-in at 4 PM is unreasonably late — I’ve never seen this in any other hotel or apartment.
The apartment was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene was poor.
I honestly don’t understand how this property has such a high rating. It’s completely undeserved.

시내 중심이어서 여행 다니기도 편안했고, 주변이 오피스여서 괜찮은 식당, 펍, 그리고 마트도 많았어요. 방도 넓고 깨끗하고, 저희가 묵었던 large apartment에서는 취사가능하고, 세탁기도 방 안에 있어서 쾌적하게 여행할 수 있었습니다. 미리 예약했더니 숙박비도 런던 치고 괜찮았어요.
가족단위 여행객이나 장기 투숙객이 묵으면서 요리도 해먹고 빨래도 하며 지내기 좋은 곳이었습니다. 근처에 버로우마켓, 막스앤스팬서, 오세요마트 등 장 볼 곳이 많아요.

The Cove was a perfect base for our visit to London. The apartment was well-appointed and comfortable. The grounds were well-kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a very close Underground stop, grocers and excellent restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Everything was comfortable and we are satisfied. Staffs were also friendly and very kind. The location of the hotel is a very nice to go to anywhere. However, there are two small complaints. At first, everything was stored on the top shelf and there was no storage space at the feet. It is a little inconvenient for a person with a small height. Another thing is that room-specific WiFi could not be used. Since common WiFi was able to connect even in the room, it did not inconveniently consequentially.
