街の中心にありトラムも近い便利な場所です。部屋は快適でしたが、照明がやや暗かったです。

The hotel is close to a number of transport, food and entertainment options. The gym is okay. The breakfast has a lot of options. The staff are very good.

Hotel is nice, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty decent, had a spread for a full english as well as some cerals, fruit etc... Rooms were a good size and even being next to a busyish road it wasnt too loud on the 3rd floor. Only "issue" was the Gym; I signed a waiver to get access to it which seemed to remove access to my room. Not the end of the world, reception had it sorted in a few minutes but the gym consists of a few treadmills and some bikes for the main. If youre hoping to do much outside of cardio, id recommend using a local gym (there are loads about). Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the centre and there are bus/tram stops near by.

Great experience with the Crowne Plaza Manchester team. Wonderful service from all the staff specially Yupin who served us breakfast in the morning she’s a great credit to the hotel! Family friendly and those who want some halal food they do have some options at breakfast just need to ask for it. They have a great deal of halal restaurants and takeaways nearby. Arndale Centre is right around the corner so plenty to see and eat if you’re feeling peckish. They are parking opposite the hotel but they are costly best thing I found is to park at Printworks from 6-9am you get 12hrs for around £7.50 the only issue is street parking is only free from 8pm. Otherwise I believe it’s £19 with discount from hotel for 24hr parking.

Struttura bella e curata. Stanza confortevole con ampio bagno. Ottima colazione e servizio impeccabile. Molto comoda anche la logistica, a due passi dal centro si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città direttamente a piedi. La consiglio.

Had a great stay. My friend was impressed with the hotel. The room was spacious. Staff very helpful. I would recommend the hotel and i am planning to stay at the hotel again. Centrally located for shopping & night life.

The room was nice however the TV kept switching its self off, the safe didn't work, also the shower was very small

The team at breakfast on both days of my stay were outstanding. Bright, very personable and attentive. So rare to get this level of engagement and it was most welcome. a really good start to the day. The food was also good and overall it was a great experience from start to finish.
