Unfortunately I have forgotten his name. The person on reception was welcoming, happy, and incredibly helpful. He was on duty on my previous stay. I was pleased to see him once again.

Damp musty smell in room 20

The front desk manager, Ash, was extremely helpful and nice. He gave an excellent dinner recommendation and offered great sights to see in the area.

Service was good but

Perfect stay for us, staff are all friendly and really helpful, we didn't arrive until very late but they made sure we could still check in quickly.

This hotel is very outdated and needs a major Makeover. The bathroom was awful, I could not bring myself to have a shower in it. I would end up dirtier. On top of this doors were slamming half the night. Reception was closed at 10am check out time the next day so no one to complain to. Not three star and not worth the money.

Badly outdated and tired. Beds were so uncomfortable and hard. Sorry to say we got little sleep

Okay accommodation on the way to Cornwall. Friendly staff. Room hot at night. The shower only had very hot water.

Large comfortable room ,well equipped and a lovely shower. I was surprised how quiet it was given how close to the motorway it was. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, in particular Ash on reception

Friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff but the room while clean is past its best and needs a refurb.

L'hôtel est situé au bord de l'autoroute. Il y a de la circulation sans discontinuer, même la nuit. Une meilleure isolation serait bienvenue. La chambre, à deux lits une place, était grande, avec un grand bureau. Il n'y avait qu'une seule chaise, dommage alors qu'il y a largement la place d'y en mettre une seconde, ce qui serait normal pour une chambre pour deux. Un plus appréciable : un plateau avec une bouilloire, 2 tasses, thé, café, sucre, lait mis à disposition. Bonne connexion Wifi. Parking gratuit juste devant l'hôtel. Il y a un Costa café et un McDo à quelques mètres à pied.

It's functional and cheapish and you get what that brings. Basically a bunch of rooms gathered together along corridors. The beds, we had two rooms, were all awful, as was the linen, my duvet weighed about 60lbs! The room I used was in particular need of refurbishment, but seemed reasonably clean. Frankly, I wouldn't choose to return. As I say, the beds should be condemned.

Very friendly staff, lovely and helpful. Great value for money!
