As always the staff are welcoming, friendly, personal and professional. The room was spatious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast : delicious.
I’ve now stayed at the Dixie around 14 times!!

Room was large. Bed was comfy and bedding good. Room warm. Shower good.
Stair carpet was very dirty. Shower needed mould spray.
Lots of noise from the street early in the morning, not the hotels fault.
Toilet constantly running during the night and emergency light on all night. I’m a light sleeper so this was a problem for me.
I left before breakfast and the sandwich left in place of breakfast was supposed to be ham salad with mustard but it was just two slices of processed ham.
Staff were great.
Outside the pub/hotel was really grotty. Needs a Damb good clean up.

Friendly staff, who made me feel welcome. Great authentic hotel in an old pub with a real community feel. Room clean and comfortable with a good range of amenities. Good food too. Really beautiful towns and villages nearby

Stayed for one night last year came back to celebrate partners birthday with family had the same room nothing had changed breakfast was delicious and staff warm and friendly, great place to stay will be back
