ドルフィン タバーン

宿自体は歴史もあり古いが、宿泊する上で問題となるようなことはない。トイレの排水なのか、換気扇なのか時々大きな音が鳴って驚いたが、それ以外は何事もなく過ごせました。

かつての船乗りたちへのサービスが、今に生きているという感じでした。窓から見る港の風景が良かったです。１階のパブでの、朝食は、６つくらいのメニューから選択できて、調理仕立てのものがキッチンから、運ばれてきます。連泊しても、飽きません。夕食は、同じく1階のパブで、美味しくいただきました。 　今回は行きませんでしたが、ホテル前の埠頭から、早朝、シリー諸島行の船が出ていました。

Best food in town !!

Room was clean and we had a great view of the harbour. Great shower which we feel is important. We had the full Cornish breakfast it was quite modest in size and quality.

The team at the Tavern couldn't do more to help and be accommodating. Very friendly and well placed for the IOS ferry, this place comes hearlty recommended.

Excellent from start to finish, genuine friendly staff who were happy to help and share their knowledge of the area. The breakfast which was included offered a great choice which was freshly cooked. The Tavern also offered a good variety of evening meals, we found ours to be of good quality and great value for money. Excellent location right opposite the quay, nice to sit and watch the world go by and also do a bit of dolphin spotting using the binoculars that are provided in the bedroom. The whole place smelt fresh and clean, we have no hesitation in recommending this place

Our room was clean, spacious, and had a fine view of the sea. The hosts were affable and eager to help, and the food was excellent. There is a large outdoor swimming pool nearby with a heated section that is well worth investigating.

Warm and welcoming and friendly service l. The food and breakfast were really good. I loved the view from my room overlooking the harbor. Good bed, nice and freshly done bathroom with shower. Everything is spotless clean!!! The accommodation is close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay.

Perfect solution when passing through Penzance. An old tavern full of charm, a warm welcome, great food, clean room, and a view of the bay. Perfect.

Incredibly amazing staff. So helpful and accomodating. Loved my stay. Had a lovely cornish breakfast which is super good.

Another really good nights sleep before onward travel. Evening meal was lovely with great service.

The history of the building, the modernised bedroom and bathroom, the atmosphere in the pub and dining areas all made this a memorable and comfortable visit. Very conveniently positioned for train station and Scillonian. Quite a bit of traffic on road below, but it didn’t disturb us very much.

After 14 hours travel we were greated with room, dinner and drinks. Just what we needed. Very friendly staf.

Good food and friendly family staff. Great for ferry to the Isles of Scilly.
