とても綺麗なホテルでスタッフの方のサービスも素晴らしかったです。

10日間滞在しました。毎日、ベットメーキングはされますが、シーツは一度も交換されませんでした。

駅から徒歩15分程度で空港行きのシャトルバスがホテルの前に停車する。ホテル周囲には美しい聖メリー・レドクリフ教会があるがその他は何もなく、食事等は少し離れた中心部まで出る必要がある。グレートブリテン号がある埠頭までは歩いて20分程度。 部屋は清潔で広くしかもバスタブ付きでとても快適だった。

インターナショナルバルーンフィエスタのために宿泊 良かった点 　テンプルミード駅から近い イマイチな点 　今回泊まった部屋にはバスタブがなかった 　連泊したが、夜の7時を過ぎてからタオルの補充があった。

Room was old and falling apart, front missing off shower tap etc, decor dated. Very noisy rooms, you could clearly hear the room above and next door and guests in the corridor. No pedestrian access through the front, had to walk on the road through carpark

Friendly staff. Only one lift operating, long waits. Insufficient staff in breakfast room, so shortages. Comfortable bedroom,some bedding less so. Pricey parking for overnight stay.

The issue we had was that it was 30°C

Overpriced hotel bathroom needs some work was woke up at 4am by other rowdy people in neighbouring rooms would not recommend, also friend had a worse experience than me

Would not bother to engage on a reasonable refund request.

Nice hotel that we would be happy to use again, hopeful a room where the air con is working correctly (34° over this weekend 😰), reported it both days but......also we won't use the late bar again, slowest bar in the world but ££££££

Approx 12 min walk to Hippodrome theatre. Staff are excellent, helpful and polite. We parked there £20 per day. Used electric charger but it did cut out before it should have - fortunately we had enough for our journey.

Stayed with a large group of people and nothing was trouble. Cookies are amazing.

The hotel was very convenient for the meeting we had to attend it had all we needed

Our room was lovely and the reception staff checked that we wanted the accessible room which we had been allocated, which we didn't especially as there wasn't a coffee machine in it! The cookies were welcome as we arrived late to check in. I would suggest that more milk is supplied because if you have a drink in the evening, there isn't milk left for tea in the morning. The reason I didn't give you 5 Stars was because there was only one bath sheet provided! The bed was so comfortable though and the position of the hotel, being near to Temple Meads and right next to the airport bus stop is perfect. We will be back

The hotel itself is nice and our twin room was of a good standard, however, the bathroom smelt of blocked drains continuously (the sink plug had been left in to stop the smell). The shower was an odd setup as the tray was around 20cm above the floor level which required a large step to get in the shower. The grab handle was out of reach getting in the shower and there was no grab handle to get out of the shower. There was a small printed sign in the shower advising the user to be careful of wet slippery surfaces and that a non-slip mat could be obtained from the hotel. This sign would have been better placed outside the shower where it could be read easily rather than only readable when you're already in the shower!
