駅から近くて便利でした

スタッフも親切で満足。 シャワー途中、お湯が充分に熱くならないことがあり、寒い思いをしたのが、残念。

We got adjoining rooms & it worked great for our family of 4. Hotel is right next to Tower of London & Tower Hill tube station.

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hostess on the 12th floor bar was not. Took away from our enjoyment.

You could improve the breakfast buffet

The staff were nice and polite. The hotel was nice too. Our room was basic, the chair cushion and carpet was dirty and the carpet was worn out,

Great stay - hotel team really great, especially at breakfast. Room fine /and clean but bit disappointed that we had a room without a view, especially as I had booked and paid for it a long time before hand. Ideal location as tube a couple of minutes walk from hotel

The location in amazing, very convenient, near pubs, restaurants and underground stations, the rooms are a decent size and modern. The only but I can find is the showers are very small.

Location. Location. Location. Otherwise the property appears pretty old. We were really disappointed with the noise from the ongoing renovations and in the 21st century there were no USB ports for IPhones.

I arrived by car. The parking option is terrible. Preferably, you arrive, you get your access key and use that to enter and exit. But that's not the case here. You have to access a terrible 3rd party website and deal with it online. You then need access to that website to lock and unlock the parking. The problem is that you often do not get internet connection in the parking, so you can't access that site, which means you get stuck. You think you opened that door, but because you have no connection, it's closed. In my case, I was stuck at the ramp in a very dangerous way and had to exit my car in that dangerous position to go to the lobby upstairs and get some security staff to get me out. What kind of silly system is this? Absolutely embarrassing that Hilton with this amount of experience is so bad at organizing a simple parking option! You can have a nice breakfast with fluffy eggs, but if you don't get the basics right, you deserve not more than 1 star.

Carpets looked 20 yrs. old Hotel walls on room floors look like they hadn't been painted in 20 yrs. as well Very loud

Our first night the music from The Savage Gatden bar on 12 th floor music kept us awake until after 2 am. We were on the 5th floor. The base just thumped. Not so bad 2nd and 3rd night. Not sure if they turned down as I mentioned it in morning. Breakfast had lots of choices. Good location to London Tower and Bridge and underground transportation

It's great, but the location kinda sucks, since it's far from all the cool spots in London.

Very good service all round, rooms comfortable and clean staff very attentive. Excellent breakfast with lots of breakfast items to choose from. Coffee or tea brought to the table, cleanliness and clearing of table very good.

Had water coming through ceiling due to faulty air con unit,. It took two requests and over half an hour to move me to another room. This was at 10:30 at night when I needed sleep

Very convenient near public transport
