Friendly staff with professional service. This is a no frills, straightforward hotel. Good value for money. It’s not a luxury hotel, it’s an uncomplicated clean place to sleep. Drop your bags, go explore and return to sleep. All as expected, I would stay again. Simple and effective.

The location for us was really good the carpark was a couple of minutes walk from the roof top carpark in great Coleman St... The hotel was just as described, clean and quiet we had a family room for one night to attend the football and it was perfectly fine fod the price we paid.

The staff are very friendly & helpful, some definitely nicer than others, the gentleman working Friday early evening, was fantastic and trying to get a remote / tv to work but unfortunately didn’t work properly so we gave up. The room wasn’t overly clean, the floors were very dirty especially under the bed and the space between bathroom walk and bed. Overall though for what we needed it for it does the job, just to warn you though if you opt to pay for window, the windows do not even open and the rooms a very small if you are on the larger side there is a lack of space to get ready etc especially when sharing.

Is exactly what you can expect from an easyhotel. Affordable price for a small room. Would not pay more than 50 pounds as that is enough. The floor-layering (pvc or such) in the room was detaching from the base floor which made it a bit look old. Surroundings from the hotel seem nice, we arrived late and left early so cannot fully judge. The room was clean.

It is conviient for a night or two stay since the amenities are very box standard

room 4 ;modern room and decor.secure door.quiet tho Sat night.aircon good. firm bed polite and efficient person on desk at 22;30 when I arrived. downside =noisy extractor in bathroom area .USB sockets to charge phone not working. did what I wanted ,arrive late ,sleep ,shower ,leave early for work...

Paid extra for a window in the room and although there was a ‘window’ opening there was no proper window as it was obscured and so not actually being a window?

I dont like that my room doesnt have a window.

As a first time user, pleasantly surprised with the quality and convenience of this Easy hotel. Will definitely use again when next visiting Ipswich. We chose a room with a window (frosted glass), so can't comment on how it would feel if windowless. Room compact and fine for a short stay (we stayed 2 nights). Good temperature control. Lots of breakfast options nearby, so the fact that this is not provided is not problematic.

I liked the room and friendly staff.

Everything in the room was average and very basic. Unfortunately, no where to make a hot drink in the room, but you could buy them from downstairs in the reception at £2.50 a cup and £1 for hot water. Despite this cost was cheap for a family over night stay
