When we arrived, the lovely lady at reception was extremely kind & friendly. I pleasure to of met her. She was helpful & empathetic. My grandson who is 5 felt as though he had met a new best friend. Very pleasant stay. Great location and fantastic price. Just perfect for 1 night

基本的にアメニティ等はないので持っていかなくてはならないです。ハンドウォッシュ、シャンプー、ボディソープが一緒になったものがありました。ドライヤーもないので持参しなければなりません。窓がない部屋でした。予約当初二階の部屋だったみたいなのですが、スーツケースを持っているのを見て一階の部屋に変えてくれました。WIFIはパスワードがたくさんあるみたいで、チェックイン時にパスワードが書いた紙を渡されたのですが使えず。ですが聞きに行くと一緒に使えるようになるまで職員の方が色々してくれて、とっても優しい方でした。

Stayed a few times with my son , this time unfortunately the room looked and was not clean as usual standard. No shower curtain sink stained and dirty floor space not clean . Bedding fine . Bit of a let down was only a nights stay thankfully

You get what you pay for. The room wasn’t overly clean, the shower curtain was absolutely filthy and covered in, what I’m assuming, mold. The duvet was ripped and the walls weren’t very clean. The walls were also coming apart. Fine for one night but, again, you get what you pay for.

I expected basic as i didnt require anything other using the room as I work nearby and was going out and had to be back at work early the following day. On arrival, front desk issued key promptly and advised where my room was. The communal areas were not overly clean, the room itself was, as expected, small. Cleanliness was ok but decor is desperately in need of a refresh. Window had flaking paint, as did all areas of bathroom with bare plaster in some areas. Brown staining all around shower and door areas. There was no hot water which i should have been advised as when leaving the following morning was told an engineer was attending. My expectations were always low but even when paying around £100, I expect a room to be clean and maintained.

Me and my husband stay one night in the hotel .
We stayed before hotel so many times in London and we know if you booking room with no windows we know what we get for your money.
But if you advertise on the hotel website air conditioner and garden and no air conditioner and no garden it’s acceptable!
Never stay again and I wish company stop lies about the hotel condition and get guests to stay with out any explanation.

Segunda vez que ficamos nesse hotel. Pena que dessa vez o chão do quarto estava super sujo. Pedimos para limparem novamente e mesmo assim fizeram um serviço bem mal-feito e continuou sujo.

Hotel muito bem localizado, bairro tranquilo.
Nossa estadia foi muito tranquila, a recepcionista teve o cuidado de nos transferir de quarto ao saber que meu marido estava machucado, e isso foi importantíssimo para nossa estadia.
Quarto é pequeno, roupas de cama limpas.
Único ponto a melhorar de fato é a cortina do banheiro, quem sabe se fosse de um plástico duro, não teria cheiro de mofo e não grudaria em nós enquanto tomamos banho, além disso, o ralo tem do box tem pouca vazão de água o que impossibilita um banho de qualidade.

No AC during an heat wave made it unbearable even during the night, woke up constantly and could not go back to sleep, Otherwise the staff were very welcoming, and the location is not far from two subway stations-15 min walk with a Sainsbury 5 minutes walk.

The location was excellent, the reception staff were excellent, the facilities were at best adequate. The budget double with no window we booked was ok for an overnight stay, however, you get what you pay for! Nowhere to store your phone compact space was exactly what it is. The best feature was the air conditioning, greatly used overnight during May’s record breaking heatwave. The room was in total darkness ( and I mean, total darkness! ) once the light was switched off. Wi-Fi signal was great, however, we had no internet connection. We didn’t complain as we were only there for one night. Overall an ok experience, not the best, not the worst. A few subtle changes would make it a lot better in our experience.

Cheap hotel option for the area, which did the job for a couple of nights. The room was very cramped (but that was expected & reflected in the cost). It wasn't particularly clean, but the bed was comfy and it had air conditioning. All in all, a very 'okay' stay!
