Nice location, nice room but the bed was too soft for our liking. Unfortunately the pub next door had a band and loud karaoke until very late then the dustmen went past about 4 times at 6 o'clock. A very disturbing night because of the surroundings.

Lovely hotel, great location, staff very helpful.

Nice rooms. Ive stayed 3 times now. I had breakfast once and the quality as excellent. Broadstairs is a gem, so many nice places to eat and Ebenezers is in the heart of it.

Quirky but nice

Checking in was easy with a very pleasant and friendly young man. The room was different but in a good way.very comfortable bed. The room had all you needed. Nice rolltop bath and lots of hot water. There was quite a bit of noise from the street below.

A peculiar stay. The hotel room is quirky, and unfortunately for people like myself, if you’re tall, the bed is a problem. The bathroom shower doesn’t have a holder or a curtain, thus making the bathroom into a small lake everytime. Overpriced for what was offered, however not out the ordinary when comparing to the general area. If staying on a Friday/saturday night, be aware the bar opposite is loud until midnight, and you can’t escape it. The host was helpful after a miscommunication for check-in, and the staff/food at the jointly owned cafe next door were excellent.

Unique and charming

This was very quaint and comfortable. It's a come and go as you please with a cafe. The cafe is only open from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm Sun to Thurs.

Neal was great. Very helpful. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. The room decoration was lovely. Room was a little small but that’s to be expected from such an old building. We really enjoyed our stay.

A really quirky little room, we stayed in the Oriental room. Comfy bed and clean. Nice little extra,s shampoo, shower cap, shower gel. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.The breakfast was amazing, one of the best. Would highly recommen.

What a lovely little Gem of a place, with lovely quirky rooms, and a really nice coffee machine and biscuits in the room, the breakfast was wonderful, freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. The cafe/cocktail bar down stairs was really lovely and relaxing with yummy cakes, and great cocktails in the evening, had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend as very convenient for shops and seaside.

Nice b&b in very central location in Broadstairs. the host was very friendly and welcoming. There was a cosy bar also that was open to the public downstairs. The nexpressio machine was a bonus with loads of pods to choose from.
