Steep walk back from Falmouth town. Buses available JJ’s taxi very reasonable efficient and friendly. Good choice for brrakfast

Really nice modern tastefully decorated property. Our room, 2, was spacious with a sea view and sitting area. Bed was OK, but mattress was disappointingly thin and would have been much more comfortable with a deeper and firmer mattress. Breakfast is an additional small charge but is a lovely cooked breakfast with a small continental buffet selection, so we had it all 3 days. Paid in cash for this. Breakfast timing was restricted to 8.30 - 9.15 which may not suit everyone. No Reception here but friendly hosts are contactable. This is quite a 'hands-off' property which again may not suit everyone. Towels are changed if asked. Rooms not serviced during 3 day duration, but again, hosts are contactable if required. Check-in was a little confusing as we were under the impression that hosts are on site 4-6pm so we did not give them an ETA as that's the window we were aiming for (8 hour drive is difficult to predict an ETA anyway) but we were contacted while travelling for an ETA because they were out for the day. All worked out in the end and we were checked in on arrival with absolutely no issues. Would definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area. Parking spaces for 4 cars and on street parking available. Close to train station, 10 min walk. We stayed to Visit Verdant Taproom in Penryn which is a 10 minute train ride away and a 15 minute walk at the other end. Also recommend visiting their Seaview Inn pub in Falmouth, about 15 minute walk away.

Hosts are very friendly and accommodating making guests their priority. Breakfast is excellent with a great variety to choose from. Good location with only a 5 minute walk to the beach promenade and for visits to other beauty spots.

Meget stort og flot indrettet værelse, alt er meget rent og pænt - ja, det ser næsten ud, som om det lige var blevet malet og istandsat. Lækker morgenmad (til kun 5 £) med mulighed for selv at vælge mellem forskellige ting, og det bliver lavet til hver enkelt person. Der er endda hjemmelavede marmelader. Kan absolut anbefale Falmouth Bay - og byen er også virkelig hyggelig.

Very nicely decorated venue and room in great condition. The free parking was really handy, the breakfast was excellent value for money and hosts were lovely.

Everything was excellent and hosts were the best. However, we missed a place to sit outside, if only a small bench. Living room and common area was nice though, but the possibility to enjoy the summer evenings «at home» was limited.

Beautiful house in a perfect spot for both the town and beaches. Breakfast is delicious, entire place is spotless and very well decorated. Hosts are lovely .

Simply a perfect stay! From check-in to check-out, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast superb (well worth £5, that's for sure!) and make sure you try the homemade jam. Given availability, I don't think there's anywhere else I'd stay in Falmouth from now on - can't recommend it enough. Many thanks, and hope to see you again soon

We had a very enjoyable stay at Falmouth Bay. The place is beautiful with a lounge that looks down to the sea. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious with lots of choice and beautifully cooked.

Lovely stay, very welcoming hosts who made our holiday really enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic and room smashing (room 2 had a lovely partial sea view) we felt really at home there and hope to return next year

In a word or two, our stay at the Falmouth Bay Guest House was 'simply perfect' We would highly recommend it to anyone -and yes, to take them up on their breakfast!
