The room as always was clean and amenities excellent. We also received complementary glass of fizz as a thank you for returning. Super dog friendly in the restaurant as well, good choice of food and drink reasonably proceed. The service from everyone was great and they made our dogs Mia feel very welcome.

Excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the facilities were fantastic. Outside lounge area has fireplaces which the staff were very proactive in offering to us. The restaurant food was delicious - both breakfast and dinner. I would definitely stay here again. Would be nice to have any sort of chicken dish on the menu in the restaurant but the fish and chips, and falafel burger was delicious.

The check in was so smooth and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a Lodge, which was very comfortable and clean. The personalised letter greeting us was a lovely touch too.

We had the best stay celebrating my partners birthday. The staff were amazing and were on hand whenever we needed anything! Would highly recommend.

Check in was a pleasure and nothing seemed the be too much for the staff at reception. Everything was explained to us and everything we needed was in our room waiting for us. The food in the bar/restaurant was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to cater for us and our dog.

The hotel was lovely just a shame Expedia hadn’t passed on all my details so I had to refill out the forms for the fourth time . The hotel is dog friendly, but unfortunately it was quite a few dogs on site and making a bit of a noise at night time. Maybe you should only allow one or two dogs at a time. Even the restaurant was lovely, except for dogs yapping at breakfast and dinner. The hotel offered some really nice things like the bar area with a fire pit table a nice cabins in the woods. If Expedia passed on my details some nice little touches in the room a note with my name on and could be your guests if details was passed onThe only thing I would say is not much privacy when people walking to the hotel room so you have to keep your curtains shut

Lovely lovely getaway with a beautiful view very tranquil, we came for Valentine’s Day and had the lodge room. Would defo visit again, staff were very attentive and polite. Very relaxing break, lucky there’s an onsite restaurant because it’s located in the woods but that was the whole idea of the getaway to escape the fast life. Room was very very clean and smelt amazing. Overall, I would give it a 8.5/10, an on site convenience store would be great.

Absolutely fantastic two night stay. So relaxing and peaceful. Front desk staff were brilliant and so helpful. Would highly recommend! We had a suite in the lodges and it’s was impeccable and the views were amazing.

Feldon Valley is a beautiful place to stay if you’re wanting to explore some of The Cotswold villages. Or if you’re into golfing! The restaurant is a must at least one night of your stay. The food is delicious and the view over the golf course is spectacular. Breakfast is delicious and plenty to choose from. Regarding the rooms, we got upgraded to a suite and it was one of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in! And we’re travel bloggers so we’ve stayed in some great properties. The beds are spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and luxurious. In the suites there is a kitchen area for those who want a relaxing night in with a nice meal and movie. Lovely surroundings, impeccable service and scrumptious food including an excellent breakfast

I expected much more for the money paid. The room was very cold on entry, with the only heating provided by an ugly and initially noisy portable oil radiator. Although the pictures look great, the fact is that the buildings are very poorly constructed, with no soundproofing in the Lodges. When people walk anywhere, the room rattles and shakes, and I was woken repeatedly during the night with bangs and crashes, plus, at one point after midnight, dogs barking. A quiet, peaceful retreat, this is not. The 'woodland view' consisted of a depth of three trees before the road about 20 yards away. The rooms have no entertainment system whatever, no telly or radio, probably because the walls are so thin. On the plus side, the bed is comfy, everybody seemed very friendly, and the service was good. It is in a beautiful spot if you overlook the golf course rather than the road. Breakfast service was very good but didn't start until 8.30am.

Very decent place for a short break. Lovely breakfast. Higher recommended:)
