A last minute booking for just a one night stay. Staff very friendly and room was clean. The full English breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet location

A great stay at Findon Manor. Bar had a nice vibe during our lovely meal. Rooms were comfortable bed was amazing.

Very friendly and welcoming staff over 3 days, and good choice of breakfast and dinner all cooked to order. Peaceful location in quiet village and comfy bed.

Very impressed! Lovely friendly staff, beautiful room, fresh high quality food. Lots of nature around, went to sleep hearing owls hooting. I’m sure I will visit again.

Comfortable 1 night stay, but furniture within reception tired. Ate evening meal in the bar and breakfast in restaurant which were both excellent.

The staff at dinner and breakfast were attentive, polite and friendly. Customers vaping in the bar area while we were having dinner was disgusting. Presume local customers as appeared familiar with each other and bar staff. Conversation was loud and included some homophobic language which was disgraceful. The room first impression was the carpet hadn’t been hoovered. An old building with charm but in need of maintenance. Last time we stayed 3 years ago, I reported the issue on the stairs with treads that move and poorly fitted carpet. This was still the case and there is nothing to warn visitors of this potential risk. We both took a stumble on the third step during this visit. Terrible night with little sleep. Travelled from Wales for family event and drove back the following day. Needed a good rest, which I did not get! Stayed in the ‘Persian …’ room. From 9.30 -12.00 outside our room noise from bar staff emptying glass bottles, moving kegs, banging on doors and shouting through window below. From 12-2.30 playing TV loud and talking loudly - originally thought this noise was coming from downstairs as well but turned out to be from another room. Might have got 2hours sleep but this was far from good enough! No one to complain to at this time and even the phone in the room had no wires to connect it, so just there for decoration I guess.

Rooms decent size, although bathroom could use a redesign. Excellent breakfast. Service attentive from all staff. Location great for a few days with easy walks to eating options as well as longer walks to countryside.

Lovely hotel and great location. Our only issue was the temperature in the bedroom and the dining room. The radiator went off early and the room became very cold. On the second day I fou d a small fan heater in the wardrobe but overall this was inadequate. Not even a heated towel rail in the bathroom! When we went to breakfast the radiator was turned off, again this made the room uncomfortable and other residents were of the same opinion. Breakfast options were good but the food could have been hotter.....heating the plates would help. No doubt visiting in the Spring or Summer would have been perfect 👌

Wonderfully comfortable room despite the sloping floor! Everything was spotless and the food was delicious - the best fish dish we’ve enjoyed for a long time. Well done!

Had an evening meal and breakfast in the bar with our dog and it was lovely food and very attentive staff. We were even offered a sausage for our dog for breakfast!

Excellent room and very good breakfast. A shame about the yapping / barking dogs in the premises, from time to time

The staff and breakfast were lovely. Unfortunately, the bedroom was very disappointing. Desperately needs decorating, stained carpet,/furniture dirty drawers, tired paint work. However, bed was extremely comfortable with good quality linens. Was also quiet.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Was uns besonders gefallen hat war die Nespresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr geräumig und modern nur leider war der Wasserdruck sehr spärlich. Das Frühstück war gut und das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Es ist ein großer Parkplatz vorhanden.
