Awful. Awful. Awful. Guy who eventually checked me in didn't know I was coming. Led to a 30 minutes delay while he made my room ready. Upstairs, room next to you, room 2 doors from you, audible noises from tv, music and conversations, to the point where you might as well move in with those who are in the other rooms. Sleep and all round good mental health is a no no because of it. Nerves frayed and always on edge. Shared kitchen area filthy. Horrific experience

It’s a private house converted into rooms. For the cost it is very good. The room had everything we needed cooker microwave fridge cutlery etc. The on suite shower was great. It’s not luxurious but it’s not highly priced. Very definitely great value for money and a walk from a main tube station. If your looking for a cheap night in a comfortable room with amenities then this is it.

The property was NOT AS ADVERTISED and the photos on the website were of a DIFFERENT PROPERTY. The actual property was filthy and had a foul sewerage smell. There was bags of rubbish left lying around, old food in the fridge and the bathroom had broken floor tiles simply "repaired" with raw concrete to fill in the gaps. No email was ever received form the property owners clarifying how to enter the property so we had to make phone calls to them in the evening to gain access. In summary, the advert was fraudulent and action should be taken to compensate. Another lady was staying there at the same time who was equally upset and disappointed.
