Staff support lacking and not friendly , entrance blocked by smokers

The system to check-in was down for hours resulting in delayed check-in. There is no proper hotel desk for check-in, You have to to go the bar counter which is overcrowded and the staff at the bar is not even interested to listen.

Beautiful clean room, fully stocked bar with lots of drinks and snacks.

Fabulous hotel, truly upholds the boutique chic style with impeccable attention to design and room amenities. Our greeting was 1st class and loved the atmosphere. Dined in pub, outstanding food, quality and attention to detail on serving presentation too. Definitely will be a regular. Thank you all. Lotty

The pub had great food & service. Very handy to the Farringdon station.

The room was small but very charming. We only stayed one night, so it worked for us; however, if we had been staying longer, it would have been tight or cluttered with our suitcases and surface area to put your daily items, like a crossbody, wallet, etc. The bathroom was a good size as well. We were on the top floor, so getting luggage up and down really sucked. Even though I knew in advance the staircase could be an issue, it was still a shock to go up four floors with full-sized luggage! Oops! We got there early, and at any hotel, an early check-in is always a gamble, but I was a little surprised that they were so strict about the 3:00 pm check-in. Usually, if a room is ready early, you can access it sooner. Not a huge deal for us as we went straight into sightseeing, but if you are hoping to get in early, it is likely not possible. The staff were friendly and accommodating in holding our luggage in a locked area. We had a plumbing issue, and they resolved it right away, even though it was late at night. The pub was close to multiple subway stations, which was great. We unfortunately didn't eat or drink at the pub so can't speak to that.

Fint rum och väldigt god frukost. Bra läge med gångavstånd till Elizabeth Line som man kan ta hela vägen till/från Heathrow. Helt klart prisvärt med London-mått mätt.

Stains on sheets and towels which made it feel not so clean. We saw quite a bit of ants in our room, one sink was constantly leaking and one turned off by itself after a few seconds.

Overall this was a nice boutique hotel. The rooms have a lot of character and a vintage feel, in a cool way. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you could need. In a great area of London, lots of shops, pubs, restaurants, and public transit. The reason I give 4 stars is bc the check-in process is not quite 4star and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

Beautiful quirky room . Everything we needed. Quite and comfortable .

The two rooms that we booked were so cute. The suite room had a couch and an outside patio which was very nice to have as we traveled with family. I loved that the bathroom as the tub had a claw tub and the ground was heated. It is a very charming and rustic. I would definitely go back.

The entire staff was so incredibly welcoming and friendly!! Heated floor in the bathroom was absolute heaven!!

Bra läge med närheten till Elizabeth line som tar en hela vägen från Heatrow. Stora rum och härligt badrum. Sköna sängar dessutom! Rekommenderas

Supertrevligt hotell ovanpå en klassisk brittisk pub. Nära Farrington Station och smidigt att ta sig till och från hotellet. Tyvärr hade restaurangen slut på nästan allt på menyn när vi skulle äta vilket var synd. Rummet var jättefint och erbjöd snacks gratis, det uppskattades! Det som drar ner mitt betyg är att fönstret inte gick att stänga. I och med minusgrader utomhus var det väldigt kallt i rummet. Jag försökte med AC att dra upp tempen men den lät väldigt högt och är nog i behov av en rejäl service. Kommer jag bo här igen? Ja! (Om de löser fönsterna).

Food is great.. pub is great.. room is great but WiFi and TV let them down.
