The hotel is clearly a transition hotel.for workers, the walls are thin if your ground floor you hear everything and I mean everything someone was having a good time every night but it wasn't me!!

Good value for money, friendly helpful staff and ideal for a short stay.

Whilst looking shabby from outside, the inside was cool, clean, convenient and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised and thought this was well worth the money. Staff was polite and helpful. The only things that held back better scored were the terrible pillows that seemed to be stuffed with foam shapes- these need replacing with proper ones. Staff also seemed quite hesitant about their roles so perhaps they weee new to their roles. Overall I would really like to recommend the hotel as it was otherwise brilliant and in a convenient location for business users to quickly get into London or the locality. The curry I had in the restaurant was absolutely delicious too.

Stayed here regularly, always a good experience. Staff friendly and helpful and food is outstanding.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only issue was doors rattling when people went in and out of their rooms probably down to backdraft. Got woken up a couple of times.

Very good hotel and restaurant, very good curry available. No lift to upper floors, but I was kindly given a room on the 1st floor.

Hotel is very dirty, and I'm covered in bed bug bites had to end my stay early and still had 3days paid left so want to request a refund

An amazingly individual brand new hotel in Dublin - very convenient for sightseeing. Trams✅open top bus tours✅taxis ✅lots of walking ✅ plane ✅ very funky hotel totally worth a stay.

The first room I booked at this hotel had a storage heater plugged in, this is because the window was not sealing properly and causing a freezing cold draft to come in (as well as obvious road noise). The key was also a real difficulty to get in and out of the lock. They subsequently moved me to a different room. Good clean condition though the tap wasn't solidly fastened to the basin and was moving about. The chair had a broken leg and the shower heat was slightly temperamental. Air con took a while to kick in after reviewing the handset settings for 10 minutes.

La persona que me recibió en recepción fue muy amable, pero a pesar de anunciar el desayuno, no había posibilidad de tomarlo. Al final pagando 7 GBP me llevaron algo para desayunar al día siguiente, pero ni siquiera me pusieron cubiertos para poder untarme la mantequilla. El armario no tenía ni una percha y la balda para dejar la ropa no la han limpiado nunca.

Stopped over for one night. Had a very nice curry in the evening and good full English breakfast. Room was clean and tidy and shower very good.

It is an excellent small-sized hotel, the staff are very helpful, rooms are clean and have air conditioning. Facilities on site are as expected. Being in easy reach of the M25/A2/M2/M20 and a choice of London or the Kent Downs, it is in a prime location but sadly isolated. There aren't many places to visit locally at night on foot, but Bluewater Shopping Centre, Brands Hatch, and the Coldrum Long Barrow are all within easy reach by car. For visiting family and friends, this is the perfect hotel for the area, and can recommend booking a room here. For tourists who don't know the area, it's too far to walk from Dartford or Longfield Train Stations, but ideal as a base if renting a car, especially if you want to focus on Dartford, Eysnford, Lullingstone and the area of outstanding natural beauty that is the Kent Downs.

This was a convenient place to stay and the staff were pleasant. The room was good and had a good supply of beverage, including bottled water

Budget hotel so you don’t expect too much. Staff friendly and helpful. Walls paper thin, bed not comfortable. Room not very clean. Everything smelt slightly of greasy chips.

This property wad discussing, Refused to stay and the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude when I pointed out the many faults in the room, Bodily fluids all over the bed sheets, dirt mark on the walls and doors, No refund given and no option to offer clean room. Avoid at all costs

Clean, Quiet, Friendly

Room was tidy, clean and functional, but the facilities are pretty basic, however I knew this prior to booking so that was not a problem. I found the staff friendly and helpful so that was pleasing, and the food in the restaurant although primarily Indian was very good. My one real gripe was that the hand basin was extremely small, and the tap itself filled most of the opening for your hands, therefore it was difficult to just wash your face to freshen up, without getting water all over the floor. Overall the hotel provided all I really needed for my 2 night stay, but I wouldn't recommend for longer visits.

Good value hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Great shower too.
