プールとサウナが併設されており、ドライブで疲れた体を癒す事ができた。 プール壁には、日本をイメージした絵が描かれており懐かしい感じになりました。 また、車で行かれる方は、少しわかりにくい可能性もあります。 部屋はシンプルで、バスルームは広く、オイルヒーターで暖められており、快適でした。

One of the windows in the bedroom didn't close properly which made temperature control questionable. The shower head didn't function properly, but the water temperature was fantastic. The restaurant is very pleasant with comfortable seating and plants within. The food was prepared well although nothing to write reviews about. The rooms are really quite nice, full of character. The on site gym is really well equipped and the indoor pool is good size. Getting to the sauna and steam room are a little tricky but both are available and not far from the gym

Gym and pool facilities are excellent. The food is good value. Some of the rooms are a little tired. Overall a very nice hotel.

Great check-in, easy and polite. Logged me into the wifi straight away. My executive room no. 18 was furnished very well and decorated with style from the owner with a middle eastern tasteful but lavish style which continued throughout the rest of the hotel Amazing view from the rooms massive feature windows. The bathroom was large and ,i was very happy with that space. Althoigh it would have benefited with inderfoor heating or the towel rail being able to switch on. I like a warm bathroom! The bed was comfortable inc the pillows! Massive TV and chairs that were ideal .

Lovely property situation. Unfortunately for two of our three night stay there were very loud wedding parties going on until midnight.

Awful hotel. Never done this before but we packed up and went home rather than stay. Room had broken furniture, bed and chair. A wedding was right outside our bedroom window. Loud, couldn’t have blinds open as right in the middle of the wedding, this was awkward for us as well as the wedding guests! We couldn’t sit on the patio and a chef was flipping burgers at our window. They couldn’t offer another room but said they would refund us, have chased this but they have not been in contact.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I was given a room with a skylight, there was no view, & the shower would be better off with a folding partition, as you were a bit restricted entering and leaving the shower. All that aside, I had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful venue, attentive and helpful staff

On my second time staying at this property and I was extremely disappointed. On one of the warmest days on record, I learned the front desk monitors the air conditioning for the room. The quality of the iron left rust stains and a black substance on one of blouses. I had requested just bar service instead of full housekeeping and nothing had been brought to the room even after calling downstairs three times for just some bottled water. One of the front desk young men bargged into my room one afternoon without announcing and explained that he had the wrong room.. he was attending and emergency from a different room. This was incredibly unnerving for me as I was traveling by myself and some strange man came barging through the door!. Needless to say after talking to the manager on each item, all he could say was "we are sorry". Also your room may be in one of three floors with no lift, so beware

Nice gardens, very nice outdoor spa . Restaurant ambience good . The coffee machine had broken down as had the filter machine so only awful instant coffee with plastic pots of sterilised milk available . Had apparently been an issue for several days !!!

I liked the area and the hotel facilities

The gym and spa are excellent. The food is very good and great value.

Very comfortable rooms. High quality furniture and decoration. Quality not match by breakfast. Choice limited which puts people off. Shame that hotel doesn’t offer breakfast as part of the room rate. You have to purchase separately once you are there.

Nice and peaceful, great grounds, friendly staff. Only drawback is because of location WiFi can be patchy.
