プールとサウナが併設されており、ドライブで疲れた体を癒す事ができた。 プール壁には、日本をイメージした絵が描かれており懐かしい感じになりました。 また、車で行かれる方は、少しわかりにくい可能性もあります。 部屋はシンプルで、バスルームは広く、オイルヒーターで暖められており、快適でした。

The gardens give it a nice touch as you drive up to the property, set in nice surroundings. The shower room/toilet could do with a blind for the window, you felt a bit overexposed to the car park when useing toilet, especially when light was on.

Lovely surroundings and hotel only down side a noisy peacock at 4am... alittle bit early for a wake up call

Staff friendly and accommodating, room comfortable, restaurant and food and service excellent. We didn’t have time to use the Spa but the outside Jaccuci looked good. Will try next time

Rude staff, noisy inside and outside. Slow and unfriendly staff.

It was a good spa break with my daughters Only issue was that the breakfast options very limited for vegetarian and definitely NOT worth the £15 I was charged I would go again but I would have to go elsewhere for a decent vegetarian breakfast

Hosts at the hotel were so lovely, this was last minute booking for work. This stay turned out to be a mini treat for me. enjoyable swim & sauna, followed by a lovely meal in the calming atmosphere of the restaurant. Room was lovely and clean and I slept really well.

Brilliant Just what we needed Planning to go again soon

I stay in a lot of hotels. I’m in the top 1% in the UK according to Expedia. There’s nothing wrong with this Hotel but it needs to sort a few things out. My room was very cold. I heard more than one guest mentioned this the Wi-Fi in my room was practically non-existent And the walls are very thin.

Great stay for short business trip

The property is gorgeous well maintained and clean All the staff we crossed paths with were so friendly and helpful. I visited with my 9 year old daughter and they were happy to answer her queries she had. Room was also spacious clean and comfortable

Beautiful hotel, had a lovely afternoon tea and used the spa facilities, loved the outside hot tub. The showers could do with updating. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And the staff helped sort out an item we left at the hotel.

It started well and a lovely guy checked me in, very friendly and told me everythjng I needed to know. My partner arrived and we used the spa, average hotel spa and quite busy due to people using the gym too. I didnt sleep much, if you are a light sleeper room 7 isn't for you. There is a noise like a boiler heating up most of the night and a gurgling from the bath. The heaying is VERY loud too. In the morning, I was woke at 8.30 by the gardener doing whatever they were doing for about 15 minutes, then I tried to drift back off, baring in mind my top half was exposed fully as I was in bed, a man just walks in around 9.45. I assume a cleaner but I dont know, he said " oh sorry" and left. Didnt knock or anything just let himself in. Check out is at 11am so this was long before he could just assume someone wasn't in there. I felt violated and embarrassed so I just packed and left without even showering. I didnt feel comfortable bringing it up to the man in reception as it isn't like he could go back in time and stop it, and I didn't want to be further embarrassed whilst I was still upset. I emailed the company from my car still in the car park then left. So that was around 10am and it is 5pm now and have had no sort of reply. If you are a female travelling alone, or your partner will be leaving before you I wouldnt recommend this hotel. The whole thing has left me feeling upset and icky, not a relaxing spa trip at all.

Lovely location but the room and spa are very tired and in need of maintenance and a refresh.
