Nice hotel, but the area is not safe

とてもきれいでデザインもおしゃれ、駅からも近く朝食も美味しかったです。お勧めです。

地下鉄駅から近い。近くにスパーもある。隣においしいトルコ料理のレストランがある。部屋は清潔。掃除のしっかり。わずかに隣の部屋の音が聞こえたりするが、気にならないほど。フロントの対応もフレンドリー。5泊したけど、ビジネスタイプのホテルとして非常に満足。

Aldgate eastの駅からすぐにある。周辺は治安が良くないと言われているが特に変なことはなかった。スタッフも丁寧に対応してくれる。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれる。朝食はやや物足りないか。

部屋は広く、普通に綺麗です。ただ他の方も書いてるように、防音は全くです！隣の人の部屋の開け閉めなど、廊下の人の声など、とにかくめちゃくちゃ響きます！私はそんなに神経質ではないので、すぐ気にならなくなりましたが、神経質な方にはお勧めできません。ただ、ダブルベット、テーブル、ソファがあっても余裕のあるスペースで広さは申し分なかったです！ピカデリーサーカスなど、中心地で買い物メインで考えている方は、電車で20〜25分ほどあるので少し遠いかなと感じました。ショアディッチハイストリートなどオシャレで美味しいご飯屋さんがたくさんあったので、イーストの雰囲気を味わいたい方にはお勧めですっ！

Gutes Frühstück, schöne Zimmern

When I first arrived, I noticed the bed sheets weren’t completely clean—they had a few small hairs and some dust. However, after requesting a change, the staff quickly replaced them and from then on, the stay was excellent. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants within a five-minute walk, plus a nearby Tube station that made exploring London easy. The breakfast was delicious, and the lobby had a very welcoming atmosphere. Overall, an extremely pleasant and enjoyable stay.

From the welcome reception to the attentiveness of checking everything ok, sorting a small issue with the tv and providing extra pillows within 3 mins of request, this was a GREAT hotel find. It's situated right at the Aldgate end of Beick Lane so 3 minute walk to a variety of restaurants in a great atmosphere. The double glazing was great, blocked out all noise. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. TV was HUGE! Room and bathroom were spotless. We were in room 27 on ground floor. Breakfast was great, varied and good quality. Only downside was rudeness of other guests not looking where they were going. The only improvement could be a "one way" direction on the buffet to stop this ignorant behaviour. Overall a great stay and would definitely go back

No restaurant, breakfast chaotic no organisation everythingis to close together people banging into each other food not hot but good ingredients

Hotel itself was very nice, clean, good service. Immediate area was grungey and dirty, but walking a few blocks away was quite nice

Hotel was nice, the room was on the small side, but very clean. Very busy during breakfast without a lot of seating. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Excelente en todos los aspectos: hotel en si, el personal, la limpieza, el desayuno... Cuidan al detalle si tienes una necesidad especial por problemas de salud. Estancia excepcional siempre que vamos.

Very kind accommodating staff. Clean and well maintained facility. Also a great location on the East side of town.

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe der Tower Bridge. Nächste Underground-Station ist 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Frühstück in der Lobby war etwas laut. Das Essen war in Ordnung.
