Hardwick Parkでの音楽フェスティバルに行くために滞在しました。 タクシーやUberを利用しない場合、Stockton駅からは少し歩きます。ホテルからバスステーションまで5分ほどの距離なので、Thornaby駅へのアクセスが簡単で便利です。 ホテルの周辺にはスーパーマーケットのASDAがあるだけで他は何もないので、無料の美味しい朝食は有り難かったです。レストランのメニューも美味しかったです。 部屋はとても広く清潔で快適でした。

Lovely place to stay excellent value for money breakfast was included an has a wide range if selection cheak out was 12 so no rushing around to leave only thing missed was the parking charge £7 per night

The breskfast is great. Not up to the typical standard of Hilton Hotels i am used to. E.g. no bathrobes, fridge

Bedroom was big, modern and the bed was comfortable. Room had everything you needed except a mini fridge and complimentary water. Breakfast was nice with lots of variety. I missed not having a swimming pool but there was a leisure centre a few minutes from the hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

Great sized twin room with huge beds , very clean and exceptionally helpful and friendly check in and out staff. Breakfast pretty good too. Amazing value.

Our stay was brilliant, cleanliness of the hotel and room was 100%. Staff were lovely especially towards my 8 year old daughter. Only thing I think requires improvement is the children's menu.

Unfortunately I did not stay. The bed was old, uncomfortable and very noisy. Not the standard I would expect of any hotel especially a Hampton by Hilton one! There is no way we could have slept in such awful conditions so we requested to change rooms or change mattress. Sadly hotel was full and they have no spare mattresses so all they could do was offer additional blankets/duvets on the bed in an attempt to make it better but this was not satisfactory. Night manager Sophie was truly apologetic and agreed the bed was not acceptable but had little they could do. We booked somewhere else to ensure a good night sleep at our cost and inconvenience and still waiting for the refund promised but as of yet not received for my unsuccessful attempted stay.

Very new hotel, well fitted, nice size room, very friendly staff, great breakfast. Only downside is that I found the mattress very firm, otherwise a good stay!
