私のミスでチェックインの時間が遅くなってしまったが、親切に対応してくださってとても助かりました。 スタッフの方が親切で、心地よく滞在できました。

Used be a Marston's Inns,purchased by Fuller's and now one of a Fuller's Inns. This conversion is quite good. Better service and better food. All people working there looks happy with smile. Manager is nice bloke, he offered us Fuller's rugby ball on our departure as a commemoration!!! Definitely we'll come back again.

Room was clean and well appointed. Decor was great, certainly not like other hotels. Good breakfast. Good pint of London pride.

Room and hotel was great and cosy. There was a lot of dust in the hotel room though, probably because of the carpets. Staff and food were okay.

The family room was perfect, very clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated . Check in was easy, all staff were very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was the highlight, we didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day! The lady who served us was so very friendly and accommodating to our youngest daughter who is a very fussy eater, ensuring she had a breakfast to enjoy !! 100% recommend staying . Very good check in experience - fast and friendly thanks to the man on reception (Jazz). Big room which was clean and nicely decorated. Only let down was I think the mattress was 2 singles joined together.

Beautiful old building, but fully modernized and well-decorated room. Cleaning team was excellent. But the stars were the staff we saw every day in the pub - wonderful and friendly people, always happy for a chat.

Vacker miljö, sköna sängar, fräscht badrum med varm dusch. God frukost och lyxigt att få beställa en varm rätt till frukost. God mat och öl även på kvällen.

This stay has got to be my favorite in the last 2 years. The whole vibe is charming. The staff was very attentive, helpful and a joy to interact with. The rooms were not only clean and cozy but stylish as well. Food was amazing too! Cannot say enough good things about my stay here.

We had a great stay, the staff was amazing. Food at the pub is great. The room was very cool, it’s an old building that’s been renovated and has a great cozy vibe. Loved the family room layout. It was perfect with kids.

Excellent week-end en famille au Hand&Flower. Le bâtiment est magnifique, le pub et les chambres décorés avec beaucoup de goût et de soin, dans la pure tradition anglaise! Les lits sont très confortables. Le petit-déjeuner excellent et le dîner incroyable, les meilleures frites de ma vie. Le personnel est jeune, à l'écoute et très serviable. Je recommande à 1000% pour une expérience 100% London.

Everything is perfect even the breakfast and take away chicken wings! Holland Park is 10min by walk : playground and Kyoto garden are lovely

The Hand & Flower hotel is a fantastic place to stay! We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room staying in one of the suites. The staff is very friendly and the food was tasty. We enjoyed the complimentary English Breakfast every morning. Be aware that the hotel is very old and does not have an elevator. Everything else was wonderful!

Such a cute space! Loved the design and its newly renovated with great amenities. The bathroom was quite small, but it had everything you needed and was very clean! Would definitely be staying here again. The breakfast was also lovely

Jazz and the entire staff at Hand and Flower are the best! We felt so welcomed from the start and were sad to leave. The pub is so fun and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. We loved our included breakfast each morning and ate dinner there each night. Ryan the bartender was fantastic! The rooms are designed so cool and were spotless with comfy beds. Our entire stay was top notch I would highly recommend this hidden gem! Location is great too, very easy to access busses, and the tube for exploring London. Jazz especially is a huge asset, he is the genuine and fun hospitality you don’t find anymore. Thank you Jazz and team for the best stay! Love the Ewing family.

From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The hotel staff went above and beyond—so friendly, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our visit. Due to unexpected train delays, we had to call ahead, and the staff kindly made arrangements to ensure we could access our room even if we arrived after hours. On our last day, we had to check out before breakfast service began, so the manager and chef generously prepared fresh fruit bowls for us the night before—such a thoughtful gesture. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was fantastic: the fish and chips were the best we had in London! The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming historic character throughout. Conveniently, there’s a bus stop right outside and a Tube station just a four-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Highly recommend!
