Staff were great, hotel really nicely maintained and set out. Room was beautiful, view across the Estuary was outstanding. Breakfast excellent. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The food in the Jetty restaurant was excellent and of a very high standard. The only negatives was the room we had was facing the inland road side of the hotel was very noisy in the day from traffic and appeared to be no air con in the room . The outside seating areas were a little tired and could do with an upgrade which was in sharpe contrast to the restaurant which was fantastic. The location was great being in the centre of Salcombe with parking.

Staff were welcoming. Car parking at the front of the hotel is adequate as it is on quite a slope. Salcombe itself is on the side of a hill in any event. Dining room is lovely and looks out over the estuary.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but there were mould patches in the corner of the shower (just tired looking). The restaurant was good but a bit slow. Absolutely beautiful views and lovely spa!!

Due to a wedding in the property, which we were not warned about (apparently Hotel can't contact Expedia customers), we got very little sleep. Some of the wedding guests decided to have their own party/social event between 2:30 AM - 5:30 AM meaning we got virtually no sleep. Rang reception to inform them of the noise at 3.45am. They told us they couldn't do anything and to ask for financial compensation when we checked out in the morning. Such a shame as the room was beautiful and we were upgraded. Unfortunately we were upgraded to a room which was noisier above the smoking area! The guests also left shoes and other rubbish around the hotel which we noticed in the morning going to breakfast.

Wonderful hotel that has excellent facilities! All the staff that we have been in contact with have been very helpful and courteous! Looking forward to staying at this hotel again! CAJC

Fabulous hotel. Friendly staff and wonderful position. We had a gorgeous room over looking the estuary. Couldn't fault anything. My husband collapsed in Salcombe and everyone at the hotel was very helpful, particularly members of the public who came to my husbands aid. I did thank the people that helped us but not having anyone's telephone numbers was not able to thank them properly. It was so appreciated. We had to go home so didn't get to enjoy the hotel as we would have liked. Thank you again and a big thank you to the people who helped us.

A lovely estuary view balcony room enhanced by the late April sunshine. A beautifully fitted overlarge bathroom with feature bath and rain forest shower. Quality bramley accessories. Quite happy not to pay extra for the cooked breakfast as the continental version was comprehensive. The car park was tricky but the helpful steward organised our space satisfactory. The estuary view is superb and we would heartily recommend the hotel even for a few days despite the high cost.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views and excellent food. Swimming pool and sauna/steam room were great. Free EV charging was an added bonus.

Perfectly located in Salcombe with beautiful views of the estuary.

Staff were warm and friendly. The Continental Breakfast offered a wide range to choose from. We were upgraded to a room with a great view of the estuary.

Lovely location

We had a great stay the staff were fab nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning to the Hotel again. The facilities were first class and attention to detail was exceptional
