サービスに大満足です。二泊の予約日を間違えていたのに便宜を図ってもらい無事宿泊できたこと、また最終日早い出発だったので朝食時間を繰り上げてもらったこと、さらに駅までのタクシー予約の受諾確認ができなかったのでホテルが私たち家族を駅まで運んでくれたこと等大変お世話になりました。小さなホテルだけどすばらしいサービスを体験しました。

清潔で広くて、スタッフの皆さんも笑顔で迎えて下さいました！

Room 7 was very nice and beds are comfy. The house is very clean and the breakfast was nice and big. Only thing i would say is that around the bath was a bit black and moldy in parts (a pet hate of mine) . Other than that, a nice stay, and id definently return

Overall, we had a nice stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern. One thing to be aware of is that there’s no elevator (that I’m aware of), so carrying heavy bags up the stairs can be challenging. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8am, which may be inconvenient for early risers. Clearer instructions would be helpful for guests not from the UK, especially for things like turning the heated towel rack and heated floors on and off. The TV was a bit unreliable and didn’t always work consistently, possibly due to the remote or the TV itself being outdated. On the positive side, breakfast was enjoyable and freshly cooked to order. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few small areas that could be improved.

Overall very pleasant stay

A very satisfied stay at the Hawksmoor Guest House. The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing and cooked from scratch. Our room was available earlier than stated and was very clean and comfortable. The location was great too, just a 15 minute walk to the town and Lake Windermere. We would highly recommend a stay here!! The Hollands!!

Very comfortable room with big bed and nice ensuite, very warm. Breakfasts were delicious, sometimes a bit of a wait but served with a smile. Would recommend.

The guest house was clean and I close to towns of Windermere and Bowness breakfast was lovely will stay there again

The woman at front of house was delightful and made us feel very comfortable

Balcony was lovely but table and chairs could be updated or cleaned!

The property was clean and had a peaceful ambiance. It felt like home away from home. The water pressure in the shower was slightly erratic but it didn’t spoil our experience.
