Good basic hotel. Decent fully cooked breakfast and staff managed well given how busy it was. Pre comms was confusing and contradictory, parking going up from £17.50 to £50 for 24 hours which is crazy when the room was only £91. Staff friendliness was mixed and the sofa bed wasn’t made up on arrival despite a pre email and phone call. Overall a decent stay thank you.

Good staff who were helpful and thoughtful (brought the dog to a hotel for the first time and they understood the dogs needs) and for the price it was overall a good experience

Very clean facilities. Everything worked well, easy and comfortable especially the bed and shower. A varied and tasty breakfast each day. Staff extremely helpful in all areas and professional

Very friendly and helpful staff in reception, a credit to you. Our rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Very nice breakfast, even for the vegan in our group. Would happily stay here again 🙂

Room was ok although there was a funny smell in the shower room. Im a cleaner so I always look into the corners etc and it wasn't to my high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful

Room was very small and cold heating not very good, Staff were very good and helpful.

THE ROOM WAS OK AND THE STAFF WERE DOING THEIR JOB BUT NOT THAT FRIENDLY.

Lovely spacious room, like the 2 types of pillows on the large bed. Bathroom very clean . The staff were always very helpful. The breakfast was plenty of choice, really enjoyed our 3night stay here.

Room had no heating and the air con wouldnt turn off untill they shut it off remotely so was freezing cold apart from that bed was comfy pillows very nice would stay again if the heating was working

Very cozy, amazing front desk staff. Breakfast could be better. Very helpful staff.
