Friendly, informative staff at reception, clean, well-equipped room and proximity to the airport for an early morning flight meant that my 1-night stay was a good experience. The bathroom was a little small and the breakfast was basic but well executed and I was delighted that continental breakfast is available from 4am and a cooked breakfast from 6am. Very much appreciated

The staff were great but the hotel is pretty terrible. There was no A/C during my stay and it was very hot. There was no mini fridge or grab and go options for food (other than some sweets and crisps). The restaurant closes around 9pm and since I arrived late there was no option for food other than walking back to Luton airport. Would not stay here again!

Handy for the airport. Good chech-in when I arrived at 3am. Signage to and from the airport could be improved as it's easiest to walk but the route is unclear. Rooms clean and modern. Aircon was not working at the time but I was messaged about that in advance. Overall good spot for a one nighter going to or from the airport. I've used it before and will do in the future.

Stayed here a number of times and cannot fault the hotel. A warm welcome, easy check in, and early access to our room.
Hotel is within walking distance of the airport terminal, and breakfast was all you could ask for.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Close to the airport, great for early morning flight and served take away breakfast at 4am. It was also very quiet which I did not expect being so close to the airport I will definitely stay here again if I have an early morning flight

The staff at reception were very extremely welcoming and friendly, i arrived quite late so appreciated the prompt check in.
The room was incredibly quiet considering the location. It was also clean, cool, and very roomy, just a shame I was there for less than 12 hours so didn’t get a chance to fully appreciate it.
